    @O2 honestly, all the years I have entered your competitions on o2 priority... the law of averages says I should have won something by now.. but not once since priority launched, have I won anything... so either its a stitch up... or your computer is broken...

    The @O2 4G signal in the town centre of Bournemouth is truly pathetic! For years it's been awful! I pay so much for it to be so rubbish!

    @O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    Hello @O2. Is there a way I can find out if my phone is unlocked without using a SIM as I don't have access to one with credit. It had a giff gaff SIM but your network supports them anyway. I have the IMEI number.

    @O2 the sales of goods act protects customers who have been sold faulty items or misold products that are not fit the for purpose for which they are sold my phone is just over a month old and Bluetooth doesn't work properly,poor signal and the battery crap #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 I have to give DPD 5 working days to look for it and if they can't find it a replacement will be sent. Very disappointing service from DPD and as I leave the country on 29th, it doesn't look like I will have my phone before

    . @O2 For MONTHS now I’ve been unable to get a data connection in Manchester Centre. And you keep putting it down to being a “busy” area. I don’t understand how you don’t understand Manchester is one of the UKs largest cities and have the required infrastructure to cover it?!

    Changed from EE to o2 because EE couldn't do a new deal on my s21 Ultra. Going with o2 was the biggest mistake ever....the signal coverage is shocking its so bad!! EE is far better but what can I do 😭 @o2 @EE

    @O2 o2 are absolutely shocking they won’t help me to reinstate my services untill full amount is paid im a single mum with a 2 year old I can’t be with out a phone the person on the phone was very rude not happy I don’t recommend
