    @O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

    @O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

    @tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

    @O2 @B_Caliskan I'm so sorry this has happened to you. O2 are neglectful at best, I'd recommend porting your number to a company that can actually handle the incoming volume of customer queries and complaints my dude. If you're security conscious, then O2 ain't it.

    @O2 @EnglandRugby I need assistance now. O2 have disconnected my phone fully, I can't even call O2 to sort anything out. I can't make or receive calls with no prior warning. The app doesn't work and just spins so it is impossible to speak to someone.

    @ph03b3____ @O2 NO REPLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES? How surprising! Kidding on, I've literally had quicker HAND WRITTEN replies from American inmates in the US prison system than I've had from O2. Actual embarrassment.
