    @O2 @kevp1910 Same nonsense response I'm getting from @easyJet, Kev. On hold for two hours and nobody answering calls. It seems the bigger the company, the worse their customer service is.

    @O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for loyalty definitely not customer service...🙄

    Internet is messing me around. Not sure if its wifi @virginmedia or phone company @O2. It can take up to 3 days to get any notifications HELP PLEASE.

    Trying to cancel a contract with @O2 for a 96 year old totally deaf disabled lady ..... virtually impossible. Took store staff 2 hours !!! (well done them). what a total nightmare and unnecessary worry and expense 😡

    @O2 No. Simply couldn’t beat the deal I got with vodaphone and iPhone 11. Shame as I never had a problem with an upgrade before but the upgrade was more expensive than a new contract.

    @O2 Just been to store to upgrade 2 phones. Given price £10 a month each dearer than competitor. Not willing to match. How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.

    absolutely SHOCKING service from @O2 during my time working in Southampton. Intermittent calls, terrible 4G.. all for a ‘service’ I’m paying EXTORTIONATE amounts for! I need my phone for work purposes and haven’t been able to use it!.. 😡

    @O2 Told if cancel and payoff contracts to change name. Won't be offered same deal on new contracts as they are new deals. Been with o2 for years. Don't want anything extra just want to change name from wife to husband. Awful

    @O2 I’m getting concerned by the repetitive response on the question of esim & Apple Watch 4 support, I asked before I upgraded and was led to believe this would be in place first half of 2019, we r now approaching 3 months in & nothing’s changed (1)

    @O2 have requested several call backs from a manager yet I'm still waiting. Can't be be through to one when I ring as has to be requested. Someone needs to call me back ASAP. Customer service is seriously lacking.

    @O2 your customer service is appalling and I will be leaving when my contract is up. Phoned to ask why you charge almost £40 more for the Apple Watch series 6 and if you could do any deals however he was not interested. You have just lost a sale and I will be going elsewhere 👍🏻

    @O2 I recived 96 Premium text messages from 84222 premium text on Friday. These were sent Fraudulently. You are now charging me £80 for these and your customer services team think this is acceptable! How can you justify charging me, to pay for fraudulent use of your service?
