Really feeling neglected by @O2. Shame to see their customer service drop to such poor levels - no responses to legitimate questions, no explanations for technical issues - disappointing at best
-
Ajay Parekh (@ajayparekh68) reported from Portsmouth, England
@O2 absolutely absurd and disgraceful customer service. A small £15 debt becomes £41 in two months which now I cannot even pay through debt collection.

d kimber (@dazkimber) reported from Portsmouth, England
@O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope
-
Pete K. 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 🇩🇪 (@petekitching) reported from Fareham, England
@O2 Just been to store to upgrade 2 phones. Given price £10 a month each dearer than competitor. Not willing to match. How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.
-
Euan McGrath (@madonadventure) reported from Locks Heath, England
@o2 appalling customer service. Trying to help my aged mother at a stressful time and you refused to assist. #poorCustomerservice #nohelp #mobileproviderwhodoesnotcare #nevereverusethem

Tom Nichol-Rawlings (@Tom_NRawlings) reported from Locks Heath, England
@O2 I’m getting concerned by the repetitive response on the question of esim & Apple Watch 4 support, I asked before I upgraded and was led to believe this would be in place first half of 2019, we r now approaching 3 months in & nothing’s changed (1)
-
Pat Waistnidge (@grannypatt) reported from Sandown, England
@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.
-
Rachel Marian Digby (@rachelbymustang) reported from Sandown, England
@O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.
-
Daniel Blakey (@Danny1972boy) reported from Waterlooville, England
@O2 it’s Glastonbury next weekend, really looking forward to it. Are you boosting the signal in the area to ensure there’s enough bandwidth

Hey @o2 as someone who has both their phone and home internet through you, can I please ask that for next years IOW festival you do something to pre-empt/manage the congestion? Every year everything is painfully slow for 4 days (in Southampton) and I can’t get any work done 😩

@O2 Additional coverage whilst on the train would be great. As an example, between Leicester and Market Harborough, I'm lucky to get 3G and in parts the signal drops out altogether

Place of Zen (@Place_of_Zen) reported
@O2 what is the craic with your signal in Mid-Ulster? Why am I paying for this as it’s crap. Every single call I have made the past month has dropped, signal is never more than 1 bar. Total disgrace
