    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @O2 definitely need to get your act together!!! The signal is absolutely appalling regardless of where I am, home, work, out and about it's awful. Wonder what we're paying for. Even your shop assistant told me there was nothing that could be done and I just needed to bare with it

    Wtf is going on with @virginmedia & @O2 today. VM WiFi working on all devices except for banking. Hardwired, no issues streaming but main pc keeps saying invalid IP, change it, works for 1h then same issue again. O2 5G telling me I'm in Italy & so my banking apps are refusing

    @virginmedia Ridiculous!!! Not only @O2 mobile signal went poop since you merged, now even my broadband is horrendous! 16:54 i still have no internet connection! But hey, we have to pay on time! Might have some "technical issues" when bills arrive and maybe i will "merge" with other provider

    @eleanorchar_ @O2 @eleanorchar_ you need to speak to retentions and request an PAC code if you want to keep the number but on a different network or an 30 days notice cancellation if you don’t want the mobile number anymore or request to move to O2 Pay & Go.
