    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    Biggest mistake was moving from @VodafoneUK to @o2 O2 is the worst ever network, I have to make 3 or 4 calls for 1 conversation due to poor signal and data is another issue in itself, thank god for free WiFi. And that's anywhere I travel in the UK Can't wait for contract to end!

    @O2 You officially have the worst, most broken website on the Internet. Virtually unusable. I changed my password and it did not accept the change and locked me out. Told I can upgrade and then not. I am out of contract and am fed up after nearly 15 years. Bye!

    @O2 I really don't want to have to spend another hour on the phone. At this point, I don't see myself staying with O2 when the other 2 contracts we have as a family runs out. At this point it's either you are being deliberately difficult and slow or it's just incompetence.

    @O2 @virginmedia Hi! I have been experiencing issues with O2 Priority via using my Virgin Media account. I simply cannot log in to Priority at all, I have tried iOS, Android and on the website too. Can you please pass this onto the relevant team? Thank you.
