@AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

10 days my sons been without his SIM card working due to an issue at @O2 and still it isn't working despite numerous phone calls, seeing as they've cancelled the contract by mistake then billed me for it, they're getting the phone back to them!! #SickToTheBackTeeth

@O2 why is it when you take out a new contract that your family 20% is taken off. I’ve been a customer for 7+ year and your not willing to give me the discount because it’s been over 28 days and I should of re applied for it. 1/2

Join @o2 on Saturday. Tuesday No Service… Weds evening STILL NO SERVICE. Everyone @O2 is clueless also. My case has been escalated to tech support and I “should” hear something in the next 3 days… so that will be 5 days of NO SERVICE in my FIRST WEEK. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
