    @DanielCreminUK @O2 Yep. There’s a lot to be gained by good, in person customer service imo, when so many big companies have the same automated approach.

    Hi @O2 you have cancelled my 95 year old grandpa’s SIM card in error, despite being specifically asked not to. 18 hours later it’s still not connected and you suggested he go to a shop to get a PAYG instead. He’s 95 and there’s still a pandemic. Terrible service.

    @Kristoforbrown @O2 Finally managed to get through and resolve by saying billing issue repeatedly. Even when trying to connect me through on previous calls about a 'complaint' it kept throwing me off or leaving the phone without a dial or hold tone. Joke.

    @O2 is there a restriction on duration for using my O2 plan in EU while detached in France ? i want to leave Three for O2 but needs to make sure my services won't be cut while i m working for a EU customer outside UK

    @O2 Customer service is impossible to get hold of. Been cut of twice and webchat is useless, it will not let me start a chat just keeps me going round in circles... Sort it out O2. All I want to do is add WiFi and 4g calling to both my numbers ...

    Anyone having issues porting a number to a new @O2 SIM? Put a request in on 27th and heard nothing since, In desperation I phoned them and was told that it would happen today and a text was sent to confirm. But so far no text. Has anyone successfully ported a number recently?
