@AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

@O2 Yup it’s a residential address I’ve lived at on & off for 30 years & had an O2 account before. Never mind ended up going with Sky who actually had a better deal on iPads anyway. Maybe next time!

@O2 help! why is it my wife can use her PAYG credit to pay for iTunes but when I do the same for my method of payment it declines and inturn ends up charging me from my bank! You’ve now cost me £13.98 that I could’ve done without. I want to use up my credit!

@o2 hiya, are you guys having problems? Lots of websites won't load for me which wouldn't usually be a problem by home broadband has also gone down, so that's a yikes.

@O2 6 days a customer, manager call back you ring at 19.02, 19.03 and 19.05 jesus give me a chance to answer, there go my 3 tries at receiving a 'manager' call back for a complaint...
