Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

@O2 How am I supposed to claim the £150 plus the value of my old phone for upgrading to the S21 when the code to apply it doesn't work either online or in store? Have tried 2 stores Newbury were really nice but couldn't get it to work Oxford were crap.
