    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @O2 I think there's a difference between being in a queue (you feel like you're in with a chance) as opposed to the site is down ( 503 errors etc) surely some sort of caching or scaling should be introduced???

    @vicsie81 @O2 I almost gave up when I got no help from support team luckily someone here referred me to @techrecovery01 on twitter and he got it fixed for me all thanks to him. Contact him now and get yours fixed.

    @O2 U sold them all to ticketmaster and other companies. Watch for the price hike now. Plus how did they sell out if ur site was down for a whole day? Absolute con. Just a way of making more money and profit. Ur just like the electric and gas companies.

    @O2 Well that's me never signing with O2 again. A big selling point of renewing my contract was being able to recycle my old phone for £154. Now they e-mail me saying they've revised the offer to £30.80 due to "screen burn" even though the phone is in perfect condition. Scam.

    @O2 2 different customer support reps assured me that I canceled my sim within 14 days and won’t be charged for the reminder of the airtime. Today I just got a bill of £195. Please fix this.
