    Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @O2 Hi, wondering if you can help. Partner has a contract with you and it is up for renewal. He has found a deal through mobile phones direct with yourselves, how would he go about keeping his phone number on the new contract?

    @O2 Morning, please can you look into the signal quality in the LL14 area, it’s been very poor of late. I have messaged and reported the issue several times but never received any acknowledgment.

    @O2 is it possible to terminate a contract and return phone early? I switched from EE and unfortunately o2 signal is very poor, 4G is very patchy (often 3G available) and the phone isn’t fit for purpose ? @Ofcom
