    Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @o2 dire service - for second day running, my service has dropped because allegedly "not registered on network". I agreed to have new SIM because of tech problems, but ordering new SIM has killed old service before new SIM arrives! HORRENDOUS. Does anyone care?

    @O2 O2 your customer service is appauling we reported the faulty AirPods and was told a new pair would be sent out to then be told they are out of stock we are still without and paying for them monthly I called your customer support on Friday to be told they would cancel and refund

    @O2 Hey when will you sort out the congestion at Gatwick airport? Full signal, no data flowing, 5 different phones and contracts on O2 so Def not an endpoint issue
