@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

So tried @EE sim and oddly no phone signal at train stations or on trains, and burnt through 300mb of data in under an hour, compared to @O2 I have signal on trains once I get away from crowds but nothing at the football. Pity can’t combine the 2…

@O2 how to destroy customer loyalty in 1m 1) Accept request to change 1 of 4 tariffs to unlimited. 2) Block adding bolt on for more data online (I’m out of data) 3) try to charge me double when I phone to add the bolt on I’ll be taking the other work phones to another provider
