@AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

@O2 Unbelievable!! Sat all day trying to get into an app that is down, being told to ‘be patient’ and the tickets would be available for the next 48 hours, only to be all sold out. HOW??!! Don’t offer this service if you can’t provide it! Absolutely gutted.

@O2 What an absolute joke today was @O2 . Priority app closes down everytime you look away and then won't re-open. Lost out on the chance to get priority tickets today due to your inability to plan for what was obviously going to be the biggest queue ever. Ridiculous.
