    Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    The is very cathartic after 25 years with @O2 I’ve left for @VodafoneGroup the o2 customer care and support is utterly woeful. And having given them so many chances I’ve had enough, so over to you vodaphone can you step up

    @O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

    @AppleSupport finally @O2 admit they have a problem with getting Apple watches working but why haven't they sent messages out to that effect or let you know either! really poor customer service :-(

    @O2 @_KXIV You can but it is not working right now! as I have spent a week trying to get my new one online. Phone calls to O2 every day and one email back yesterday! Why couldn't you just tell customers you have a problem?! 😡

    @O2 Absolutely shocked with your customer service. They keep disconnecting the calls. I raised a complaint, was told I'd hear within 3 days, and heard nothing since. Is this how you treat every customer?
