@AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

@KellieJFalconer @EE @O2 Same here, been with EE - T Mobile for over 20 years. EE forced me to upgrade last year, meaning I'm no longer regarded as an "existing customer". I'm no longer eligible for free roaming.

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 This is all lies I’ve had a contract with three fir years with unlimited data, and because I was very close to Monaco ( principality) they charged me £166, for 2 weeks, because it picked up the Monaco signal and not the French one! Also when I was in Spain,data, changes to 19gb
