    Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @O2 @Dianewi06 O2 have had a major systems failure for new sim cards, Diane. No eta on fixing it. You might be better off exercising your 14-day right to cancel your contract without penalty.

    @O2 Hey, my wife requested a sim swap on 15/07 and it's still not working. It came on briefly but now nothing works at all. 2 calls to CS and nothing. She has missed 2 very important calls from her hospital so far and will miss another today. Absolutely shocking.

    @O2 recently switched to you on sim only from Vodafone. Provided PAC already. New O2 sim now in but not able to receive calls, going to VFone voicemail. Can make calls. Help?

    Hi @O2 - sorry for public post but my o2 service has been switched off and I’m currently travelling by bike in Spain. I need service/data for navigating. I’ve emailed via Twitter and the o2 app but no reply. Please can someone help me? Obviously I can’t call because of the issue

    @O2 Why is the 4G signal in FK2 0DB area so shockingly bad, hardly got a signal even with a 20% signal it takes ages to connect to the internet. The signal used to be amazing up here! Please get it sorted or it may be time for a change of provider.

    @O2 you are rubbish at customer service and the fact that in the 21st century you cannot guarantee a signal in a normal house and have a mast not working properly for over 6 months and yet still charge the full amount is an absolute joke can’t wait for my contract to expire

    @O2 requested a SIM swap Saturday and have been without service since. Apparently a known issue, and you're very grateful for my patience. Nobody can leave me a voicemail message even. Do you intend to charge for days people have been unable to use your network?
