Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

@O2 Out of the blue, I was told it was fixed. But it has not changed one iota! I replied but have heard nothing at all since. This is such poor service and all the more galling considering you have just applied an increase of almost 12% on my monthly bills!

@O2 just switched to BT and receive threatening "Enforcement Letter" - this is the first letter and direct debit still in place. Not a good invitation ever to return. As my granddaughter said "Never going with them"..

@virginmedia @ITVChase @O2 You lot are complete rubbish! You are fast enough charging extortionate amounts for your packages, an prices keep rising, zero discounts to old loyal customers! Yet you still seem unable to keep internet stability a priority, and your call centres are a joke.

@Lisa40152958 @O2 Have you had your issue resolved? This happened to me the other day with #o2 & apparently it’s been reported to the fraud department. They said it could take up to 30 days to hear anything but today received more letters saying i still owe money. So suspicious.
