    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    Since I've had a 5G SIM, my 4G signal has been absolutely shocking! Where I live I rely on 4G! I don't know why you upgrade people to 5G SIM cards when they don't live in a 5G area!! 🤬 @O2

    @O2 @virginmedia HELP- I have both services at the same address. O2 say virgin media isn't at my address but it is. O2 have boosted my mobile data but Virgin try to sell me an O2 SIM or say i can have an upgrade for extra cost.

    @virginmedia @O2 New packages not available to existing customers unless you are willing to pay more. Stay away once they get you as a customer your subscription rises year after year.

    So I get a 5G phone and go all out 5G with @O2 and my internet is slower and I cant get a signal in my own home. Calls drop off everywhere!!!
