@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

@O2 Thank you for my front row tickets which I brought at 2 mins past 10am had little if no trouble
-
Steve Wells
(@BlackShadow998) reported
@O2 You sold them to ViaGoGo and other reseller sites. You misled the general public saying you were trying to fix the login issues. Giving people hope all day when there was none. Why not stop the sale, fix your I.T. And then give everyone a fair and even chance ?
-
Lisa
(@footie_mad_mum) reported
@O2 How did you manage that when no one could get on the app and its still down?
-
Jonny Robotham
(@jonny201085) reported
@O2 Just like every event, the bots are able to buy all the tickets to then resell for a stupid amount! Even with @peterkay_co_uk himself putting these on sale from £35 because he’s a good person we are all still fleeced by resellers. The app is a pile of ****. Pointless even trying
-
Jonny Robotham
(@jonny201085) reported
@O2 But yet these are all on sale through resellers such as viagogo for well over £300 per ticket for **** seats! What an absolute **** show of a website to not be able to anticipate a high demand on a website that is created for a high traffic and not crash the entire time!
-
Mr Crookes
(@pcrookesPE) reported
@O2 What a load of shite. How can the site be down all day for some customers and not others. A company the size of your not being prepared for the demand is a joke! And ppl throwing them on @viagogo for £500+

@O2 Your app and website has been down all day so who bought them??
