@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

@O2 still not sorted iyour pathetic priority site some 8. 5 hours after Peter Kay tickets went of sale. You’ve let down so many of your customers today and you’ve done nothing but make excuses. A lot of us can’t wai to leave you as soon as our contracts expire as a result.
