@O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

@O2 For the first time in years we got good service from O2 yesterday. They gave us a PAC code within a few seconds! Now we can get 4g with 100mbps speed indoors with EE rather than no signal at all within 100m of our house with O2.

@O2 I also can’t receive calls. They go straight to voicemail which would never happen in a normal working network world as I have call waiting. I don’t even get a missed call indication or any sign of it in my call log.
