    @O2 so… appalling service, no signal abroad, no signal at home… thought I might try to refresh my phone but it turns out that I can’t because last year there was a delay in getting my phone to me so my usual refresh date in October has been pushed back til November!

    So to be straight: because @O2 have been terrible for over a year, I can’t refresh my phone until after I get back from my Christmas trip! You’re very VERY quickly losing a customer here and I’ve been with o2 for nearly 15 years.

    Very upset with how @O2 treat customers who have been with them a long time. I have had an ongoing complaint since Aug 25. Can’t seem to get a call back or even a response from the social media team. Disappointed is an understatement.

    @O2 I’ve had to rejoin EE. Number porting as we speak. O2 customer service an absolute embarrassment. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎

    Disappointed with @O2. I’ve spent 4hrs on calls this week trying to resolve an issue. I’ve had contradictory information, multiple transfers & promised callbacks that never happened. Due to the repeated failures, the only reasonable option now is to allow me to leave penalty-free

    @O2 my SIM has been deactivated early before my replacement arrived. I was told I’d keep service until I inserted the new SIM, but I now have no signal at all and cannot call support. Please urgently reactivate my old SIM

    @O2 - Account locked Out. My account with o2 has now been locked approximately a month. Your agents have informed this is being looked into. Please will someone please contact me and get this issue sorted once and for all. This is very annoying.

    Finally after 4 weeks someone contacts me @O2 and we agree compensation for the problems that I have and the money is to be put back into my account within five working days and guess what? You’ve put it on a credit on my account. You can’t even get that right.

    @O2 You didn’t look into it for me though. You told me you only deal with virgin media landline, tv and broadband, not much point in contacting you really. 0 help.
