    @O2 so… appalling service, no signal abroad, no signal at home… thought I might try to refresh my phone but it turns out that I can’t because last year there was a delay in getting my phone to me so my usual refresh date in October has been pushed back til November!

    @O2 hi - my wife has been trying to resolve issue with SMS settings - have disappeared yet again. Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

    @2bard @intueldonsquare @northumbriapol You're right in normal circumstances, however my phone signal keeps cutting out while @O2 are upgrading to 5G, last week a man had a seizure in front of me and I was getting repeatedly disconnected from the emergency services while trying to get an ambulance.

    @O2 I was supposed to get a free upgrade every 12 months but your "problems with supply" last year meant that I didn't get my new phone for over a month after I requested it, so my refresh date is a month later, which pushes it past my annual christmas trip. It's a farce.

    @thegaryturrell @O2 I am getting this too @O2. Terrible customer service: nobody at O2 would even estimate a timeline for resolution🤦. I just started this contract and am in 14 day grace period, will just cancel and leave to a competing provider if not given satisfactory advice on how to resolve.

    @O2 not sure why there is bereavement team that doesn’t answer the phone or emails. Or Complaints Review Service copied in. My husband has wasted enough time trying to close his late father’s account adding more pain into his situation. Disappointed by this heartless service.

    @O2 So been a loyal customer since 02 were established, at present I moved home and now have no data coverage inside my household when it clearly states on the network coverage map for my postcode that I have full 4g inside and outside when that is far from the case, currently
