-
Craig Donnison (@craig_donnison) reported from Ashington, England@O2 I know you have a status & outage checker you're missing the point. RE O2 Priority app issue - last time it happened, you advised it was a known issue at your end also effecting other customers. I want you to thoroughly check to see if it's a known issue at your end again.
-

-
andrew 🎃 (@ilovefluffy) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@O2 I was supposed to get a free upgrade every 12 months but your "problems with supply" last year meant that I didn't get my new phone for over a month after I requested it, so my refresh date is a month later, which pushes it past my annual christmas trip. It's a farce.
-
Darran Blackshaw (@DarranBlackshaw) reported from Seaton Valley, England@O2 rang for help and answering machine says ring back in 24hrs and hangs up -really ??
-
Adam Hill (@adshill) reported from Morpeth, England@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.
-
Craig Donnison (@craig_donnison) reported from Ashington, England@O2 No error msg. Already explained. "may be" or "is" a technical glitch on Priority side linked to security updates you introduced with new VMO2 ID system? Now imply problem with my ID? Make your mind up?! Any other custs have this issue? Chk your replies relate to relevant posts!
-
Craig Donnison (@craig_donnison) reported from Ashington, EnglandThis issue has been happening intermittently again over the last week or so. Beyond infuriating. Sort it out, @O2.

Kyle Marleau (@KyleMarleau) reported from Walker Gate, England@LukeSwinden @O2 I’m in the same battle with them. I claim they never heard of it. Can’t block that number. It’s not their fault. I signed up. I didn’t. Never heard of that before. I think @O2 sold my number or something. Shady
-
Hugh Toner (@scoobyhugh8) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE
-
Kathryn Baird (@kathrynbaird_) reported from Cramlington, England@O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!
-
Hugh Toner (@scoobyhugh8) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@O2 how can your service be so poor in a city centre.

-
JAMIE HARRIS 💙 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 (@gardenyjamie) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Apparently the phone companies are deliberately shutting down the 4G antennae so that everyone switches over to 5G.
-
Lewis (@Lewis_1417) reportedHey @O2. You have the worst account management system of any phone provider I have ever had the displeasure of using. Why is there no way to change the default payment method. Instead you just send threatening texts saying I’m going to be cut off.
-
Karl (@karldj83) reported@lestereverton80 @O2 Same the signal everywhere is shite
-
MartinWW❌ (@swaledalebirds_) reported@Savplast60 @kokeshimum @O2 You ******* retard.
-
Tina (@6littlecherubs) reported@kokeshimum @O2 02 is good in my house but outside it’***** and miss. EE is non existent in my house but great outside. Hubby is Vodafone and from what I know he has no issues at all.
-
𝕁𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕪 (@garynetchells) reported@O2 You’re joking…right?! It’s not a handset issue - it’s a rubbish network and infrastructure issue!!
-
Mitch Hirsty (@mitchhirsty) reported@Archibald1878 @O2 And another one O2! You keep blaming your customers instead of actually fixing the broken payment gateway! Acknowledge the problem and fix it! The generic troubleshooting you provide is not going to resolve a problem on your end.
-
TheMrsButcher (@Teldeb) reported@tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?
-
Scott Elliott (@silverfox179) reported@O2 Hi. Is there a problem with your signal (apart from the usual, some may say) today??? I haven’t had signal all day. I’m unable to receive messages or make calls.
-
Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported@ajgbarnes @O2 don’t they have a price-cap anyway (certainly ee and voda do) so you could set that to 0,or low. So at worst would just stop working. You could get an esim to top up if needed. that being said crazy to not have a way of checking
