@O2 Hi! Just wondering I have damage insurance on my phone and I’m aware it covers accessories aswell, can you claim for accessories by its self or does it have to be as part of a phone claim too?

  • doc_drops
Spooky Scary Skeledrops🎃🎃🎃 (@doc_drops) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@O2 Your coverage in most of Newcastle is shocking, I live in NE2 and the best signal I get is 1 bar of 3G in my iPhone 7

  • craig_donnison
Craig Donnison (@craig_donnison) reported from Ashington, England

@O2 No error msg. Already explained. "may be" or "is" a technical glitch on Priority side linked to security updates you introduced with new VMO2 ID system? Now imply problem with my ID? Make your mind up?! Any other custs have this issue? Chk your replies relate to relevant posts!

Ian (@NTF_Ian) reported from Dunston, England

Hey @O2 have been waiting almost two hours now to collect my new phone from your metrocentre store. This is not ideal customer service.

  • adshill
Adam Hill (@adshill) reported from Morpeth, England

@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

  • craig_donnison

@O2 According to your phone support line this morning, it's a "glitch"...

  • craig_donnison
Craig Donnison (@craig_donnison) reported from Ashington, England

@O2 You can check first internally to see if it's an issue at O2 Priority's end. Once done, if it's 100% certainly not, then do DPA.

nufc4life (@CraigSi64474606) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

  • MattKeena

@O2 hello. Do you have a link for the “keep my number” form. Website isn’t helping and store said they couldn’t help as already had the SIM card

  • kathrynbaird_
Kathryn Baird (@kathrynbaird_) reported from Cramlington, England

@O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

  • RuxanaNargol
Ruxana Nargolwala (@RuxanaNargol) reported from North Gosforth, England

@hellyarrj @O2 Having the same problem. #o2 should deal with this. Totally unacceptable.

  • craig_donnison
Craig Donnison (@craig_donnison) reported from Ashington, England

For such an expensive monthly DD, the @O2 signal coverage is terrible and becoming ever worse.

  • CraigSi64474606
nufc4life (@CraigSi64474606) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@O2 @O2 fone now completely off and can’t even login to my o2 account online to pay it that way

  • craig_donnison
Craig Donnison (@craig_donnison) reported from Ashington, England

@O2 I know you have a status & outage checker you're missing the point. RE O2 Priority app issue - last time it happened, you advised it was a known issue at your end also effecting other customers. I want you to thoroughly check to see if it's a known issue at your end again.

  • gazza_d
Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff @O2 Have you asked for a different SIM? Otherwise I'd be tempted to switch as there is so much more competition now. I don't like poor service.

    @O2 It’s still not working

  • OzSabb77
    OzSabb77 (@OzSabb77) reported

@arokorol @O2 It’s picked up a signal from a mast in the Palestinian Authority area. If you are in Dover, O2 sometimes pick up a signal from France and send you a welcome to France text

  • waynetuckwell
    Wayne Tuckwell 💚🖤 (@waynetuckwell) reported

@O2 why can I not sign in to pay my bill? Tried Windows device, MacBook and iPhone and keep getting “too many redirects” when trying to authenticate.

  • utopianluvr
    Eve (@utopianluvr) reported

@arokorol @O2 Upset about the truth huh? Too damn bad. You are lucky to be have set foot on Palestinian soil. Greedy greedy entitled for nothing.

  • MishehooA
    Misha Hoo (@MishehooA) reported

@arokorol @O2 Receiving a "Welcome to Palestinian Authority" message at Ben Gurion Airport happens bc your phone connects to the strongest available signal, which can sometimes be a Palestinian network tower located in the nearby West Bank, rather than an Israeli one. NothiNothing malicious.

  • NathanJarvisMD
    Nathan Jarvis (@NathanJarvisMD) reported

@O2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

  • ivornev23
    Ivor (@ivornev23) reported

@arokorol @O2 For **** sake the phone network is anti-septic too I suppose

  • goddessnemo2
    Goddess Nemo (@goddessnemo2) reported

@GarySpedding @arokorol @O2 I’m glad you googled it, now do you see how the signal won’t just randomly ping to one 6 miles away instead of a tower right there? Also, it’s more like a 45 minute to 60 minute drive, I used to do it weekly.

  • Sean_Bahamut
    Sean W (@Sean_Bahamut) reported

@O2 You've clarified, but not helped. This reply is not helpful at all. Your support staff also had no idea about this situation, or how to handle it. All they could do as a solution was terminate game pass subscription before my minimum 6 month period had finished. Not good enough

  • Lord_Viridis
    Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported

@Graham_J0 @andrejpwalker @O2 No, it's just MyO2 is ****** for many customers but O2 don't seem to be aware of any issues. The payment portal can in some accounts send a constant authentication redirect loop making it physically impossible to access accounts. I told them 4 months ago but here were are

  • o_sheilagh
    Sheilagh O'Gorman (@o_sheilagh) reported

@arokorol @O2 I would cancel your contract when you get back to UK. Choose another provider.
