@O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

Thank goodness we now have FTTD here now - neighbour has a Scottish provider for BB. They even outdo Virgin speeds and are at least £15 cheaper. Scottish Cust services too
