It's a farce.

"may be" or "is" a technical glitch on Priority side linked to security updates you introduced with new VMO2 ID system? Now imply problem with my ID? Make your mind up?! I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.
