@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

@O2 hi - my wife has been trying to resolve issue with SMS settings - have disappeared yet again. Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

@O2 Hey I just received a text claiming to be from yourselves saying there’s been a problem processing my bill and gives me a link to update my payment details. Pretty sure it’s fishing as my details haven’t changed. Can you confirm if I DM you a screenshot? Cheers.

@O2 won't accept PM your man on O2 said I had to use a new email address when I upgraded my contract - now I can't see my 2 accounts because I can't login to my original account - Gee Thanks call centre man!! Succeeding O2 people said it was unnecessary - JUST GREAT !!!!

@VOGCouncil I’m having trouble getting a response from your council tax team via email. Emails sent on the 6th and 21st July have gone ignored. I cannot call because @O2 don’t have signal in my part of Rhoose. Can you please advise of an email address to actually get a response?

@O2 how do you explain sending me a bill? When I have tried to cancel my contract 3 times not been able to so i cancel my direct debit to be sent a bill? What a joke of a company!!!!

@O2 Hi. I was just wondering if you would be able to tell me when the mast issue will be fixed in the TF10 7QF area? I wanted to check the signal but your service status checker is saying there is an issue. Do you happen to share the mast with @ThreeUK? They show issues as well.

Excellent service from the York Spurriergate @O2 shop when fixing all the 6+ hours time-wasting issues caused by the man from the O2 call centre. The staff in the shop were efficient, knowledgeable & also couldn't understand why he'd done what he did. Thank you York O2 shop

@daleclarke1980 @O2 Three is exactly the same, resulted in cancelled (Monthly) contract...now with @VOXI_UK better tarrif & signal (SIM only) whilst saving £25pm...no brainer!!! Good Luck getting what you should mate 🤞🏼
