    @O2 hi - my wife has been trying to resolve issue with SMS settings - have disappeared yet again. Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

    Dear @O2 i have been with you years. Have two a/c's one for my Autie son. Who was not best pleased to find his phone 'doesn't work' ie cut off. I informed you days ago i would pay my bill Thurs less than a week late. I am currently shielded & off sick #O2 doesn't do customer care

    @O2 had no network or working sim for 8 days now. 02 support said will call back in 10 min - still waiting after 3 hours today. Previous call to support / they didnt even call back and its been 7 days! Now on 3rd sim -no one seems capable of fixing the problem. Shocking service
