@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 hi - my wife has been trying to resolve issue with SMS settings - have disappeared yet again. Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

@O2 Hey I just received a text claiming to be from yourselves saying there’s been a problem processing my bill and gives me a link to update my payment details. Pretty sure it’s fishing as my details haven’t changed. Can you confirm if I DM you a screenshot? Cheers.

@O2 Since my wife upgraded to an esim she is have very poor call quality. The calls are very hit and miss, some areas of the house are fine others not. Even the garden is a problem. What can be done?

Absolutely hate @virginmedia now it's linked everything to @O2 , we had two people logging on using the email before and both had seperate O2 contracts and now it's joining them one of us can't get in, it's asking for too many log in ids, this is stupid! Soon be leaving!

@O2 I cannot believe the absolutely terrible service I have received from O2. I will be leaving a bad review when asked, and I will also complain to Ofcom. Why you cannot get back to me just shows how much you care about your customers.
