    @O2 hi - my wife has been trying to resolve issue with SMS settings - have disappeared yet again. Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

    @O2 It’s always dead easy to blame a third party , this has been all day no internet and no phone signal , missed numerous important phone calls today , we all pay a lot of money these days for mobile phone contracts , had to wait till I got home to catch up on everything 😡😡😡😡

    @O2 I have spent the best part of 2 hours trying to sort out an upgrade that I was told I was eligible for only to be told that I am not! I have been a loyal O2 customer for many years and am paying over £100/month for 2 devices, but will be leaving as soon as I can!

    @O2 my husband is currently shielding, and unable to leave house. He has paid you twice by accident has tried to call you and was spoken down to. Natwest have confirmed the double payment. All he wants is the money returned so he can pay other bills. He is vulnerable.
