    @O2 please can you justify a £49 charge to call Australia for 19 minutes? I used my partners phone as I had no signal and needed to call o2 to enable Wi-Fi calling. While he does not have the international bolt on like me, I was shocked to find out the charge. this is exorbitant.

    Hey @AppleSupport - does the iPhone 11 have 5G capabilities? I have a sim only contract with @O2 but I can only seem to get 4G when I’m out & out but never 5G, even though my contract states that I have a 5G enabled sim. Help?

    @agust_yoonji @O2 I’ll be switching too not just cause of service but I’m paying £21 a month for 1GB of data now I’ve completely paid off my phone. Tesco mobile has like 20GB sims for £12. O2 is ripping me off.

    @O2 202 doesn’t work from this phone. And even if I phone 4445 etc, I get through to service desk who don’t understand issue & have to escalate. DM me a number I can call that bypasses that. It was 45 mins bouncing around various levels when I called earlier. Hence the tweets.
