    Well despite repeated direct messages from @O2 it seems they are unable to help a long standing customer (15+ years) with an issue on phone that’s under warranty !! I tried visiting my local o2 shop also they can’t help !! #o2 #verypoorcustomerservice

    @O2 despite my owing 0.00 - my phone remains blocked. 45 mins now trying to get thru to cust service. Request to unlock had not been put thru when bill was paid over 24 hrs ago!!!! V unhappy long term customer #o2 #rubbishservice #loyaltymeansnothing

    @O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

    @O2 please can you justify a £49 charge to call Australia for 19 minutes? I used my partners phone as I had no signal and needed to call o2 to enable Wi-Fi calling. While he does not have the international bolt on like me, I was shocked to find out the charge. this is exorbitant.

    @O2 can you please sort out O2 Priority. It’s glitchy at the best of times. I haven’t been able to log in at all this morning. What’s the point of staying with O2? Poor network coverage and an offers site which doesn’t work!

    @O2 Please can you sort the Priority App out, since the crash yesterday, my app hasn’t worked properly, trying to login, sends me a code enter the code kicks me straight back to the login page again. It’s getting annoying now.

    @O2 @O2 lying through your teeth. The website was down for most of yesterday but somehow you have sold all your allocated tickets. Tickets now on resale sites at extortionate prices. Cancel all those tickets and come up with a fair way of selling them to real fans #itstinks

    @O2 Massive mistake joining your network. Can never get a signal so I pay for data I can never use. If I'm somewhere busy can't call. When you finally offer something on priority outside of London I can't even get a shot at it yet it sells out. uk's worst network

    @O2 You are an absolute disgrace and a total let-down to your customers. Please explain how you could sell out this presale when no-one could access it. I tried for 10 hours yesterday, and then again after a break. This sold out while Priority was "unavailable". Complete farce.
