    @O2 say you can return an item within 14 days but refuse to offer any way of getting the returns envelope trying to force you into a contract you don’t want - definitely putting in a complaint and cancelling payment

    @O2 Every time I report weak signals the only response from o2 is youth local mast is fine. Constant below par signals on both Android and Apple mobiles. Surely living so close to the mast we should a great signal?

    @O2 hi moved over to O2 last Wednesday but still not on network so unable to make / recieve calls or send/recieve texts. Been DM'ing since Saturday morning but only had limited replies. Advice please as obviously can't phone helpline
