@O2 Just received a text, now @O2 are saying that the fault will be fixed by 28th October 2021! Yet another date given..... I'm glad I'm leaving and my service will be transfered tomorrow but I'm sure they'll be an issue with that, caused by #O2!

@O2 I made my airtime payment prior to direct debit date and you have still taken this payment. I need this refunded. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone due to you making us go around in circles with the automated service and then say your busy and put the phone down!

@O2 my phone reception is garbage, again. 4th time this yr its been reported. Same story,"no issue in area, we will investigate" nobody can make me out when I/they call, inside or outside the house. Tried wifi calling and resetting. At a loss now 😔

@O2 been trying for last hour to set up an o2 new account. The website has taken the upfront payment and won’t go through on website. Called twice and been cut off. Help! I was on hold for 20 mins each time and cut off from advisor.

@O2 I’ve redone it again but appeantly my national insurance number are different when they are the same and company’s name is different (which it is because my company’s name on payslip ain’t McDonald’s) lol just want the discount if not gonna cancel our contracts
