    @O2 From what I can remember as it was a while ago when I first got the tariff, it was via a link provided to me in store with a code. At the time it said it had worked but looking at my bills it’s never seem to have been added.

    @O2 Appalling levels of customer service this morning from O2. Sent in my new WHITE Pixel because it was faulty. They couldn't fix it so they sent me a second hand PINK device as a replacement. When I questioned this with online chat they said it was in the terms and conditions..
