Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@O2 Your service is absolute rubbish. You cut my mobile off tell me to pay bill that’s not due. I pay bill tell me I’ll be back on in 10 minutes Ring you up tell me it’s sorted and I’ll be back on within 24hrs I’m still disconnected Appaling

@O2 so disappointed. Finally spoke to someone and after 15 years with them they are willing to lose me as a customer because vodaphone are offering cheaper prices. Not willing to offer anything.

Looks like it’s going to be a long week of working until 4/5am then back out again all day with no internet access because @O2 have cut me off again despite admitting to their own billing problems. Don’t worry, O2, I don’t like sleep, my family or making as much money anyway.
