@O2 please can you justify a £49 charge to call Australia for 19 minutes? I used my partners phone as I had no signal and needed to call o2 to enable Wi-Fi calling. While he does not have the international bolt on like me, I was shocked to find out the charge. this is exorbitant.

@Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

@O2 Terrible stuff from O2 and DPD. Phone upgrade ordered. Phone delivered but only my wife in and she didn't have the PIN to accept the delivery. No redelivery the next day and phone sent back to O2 and new contract cancelled! Surely more flexibility needed around deliveries.
