Well despite repeated direct messages from @O2 it seems they are unable to help a long standing customer (15+ years) with an issue on phone that’s under warranty !! I tried visiting my local o2 shop also they can’t help !! #o2 #verypoorcustomerservice

@Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

@O2 please can you justify a £49 charge to call Australia for 19 minutes? I used my partners phone as I had no signal and needed to call o2 to enable Wi-Fi calling. While he does not have the international bolt on like me, I was shocked to find out the charge. this is exorbitant.

@O2 "BEWARE" O2 Support Fraud... in fact. they welcome it.. no compassion for young girls welfare from identity fraud. promise after promise to help resolve.. police even informed yet absolutely zero help. Terrible company for customer service. ombudsman needs informing now too
