    Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

    Well despite repeated direct messages from @O2 it seems they are unable to help a long standing customer (15+ years) with an issue on phone that’s under warranty !! I tried visiting my local o2 shop also they can’t help !! #o2 #verypoorcustomerservice

    @O2 please can you justify a £49 charge to call Australia for 19 minutes? I used my partners phone as I had no signal and needed to call o2 to enable Wi-Fi calling. While he does not have the international bolt on like me, I was shocked to find out the charge. this is exorbitant.

    @Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

    @JamesOsypiw @VodafoneUK @O2 I’ve always hated Vodafone. I’ve been with O2 for about 10 years now, signal isn’t great, ever but the benefits are always worth having

    @O2 It's started in Wrexham, took me 20 miles before Spotify got an internet connection. Stopped in Chester for a while, full 4G signal but no internet connection. Now at my mother's on WiFi. I only want to listen to music when out and about. Not a lot to ask for at £50pm

    @O2 So it worked once on Chrome on iOS (14.1) and then reverted to the same behaviour as Safari of not working. Opening using new tab (Chrome) or in background (Safari) does work though. I honestly can’t see the point of locking users out of the app if they can’t use iOS 14.5 though?

    @O2 been trying to pay my bill for the last few days. Managed to pay the airtime but I can’t pay my device plan, it says it’s been paid. Spoke to one of your agents who told me to call you, but how is that possible when I am suffering from hearing loss due to a bad ear infection.
