    Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    @virginmedia If I had a recognised tracking number- but then contacting Royal Mail is a waste of time and effort with the strike action and backlog. I'm STILL waiting for a reply from your partners at @O2 who have all my data to check this but are SLOW to reply.

    @O2 That was the issue. We were informed upon purchase that ot would arrive yesterday, with no notification when it wasn’t. Someone could easily lose a days wages waiting for delivery that never appears. Especially when the timeframe is 8am to 10pm
