    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    @DeborahBiggs6 @O2 The issue of the accounts getting disabled or hacked is very frustrating and annoying especially when no respond and help from the support team whatsoever I couldn’t wait no longer so I reach Programmer_jock on Instagram and they got me back my hacked account.

    @o2 Why is there no mobile phone signal at York train station? How are passengers supposed to download digital train tickets when there is zero bar of signal?

    @DeborahBiggs6 @O2 There was a time my account was locked, I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support no response, I contacted #Programmer_jock on Insta and it was positive resultI think they can help you too

    @O2 Sorted now. Both existing customers but it took over an hour on the phone with terrible sound quality. Really difficult.

    @AusterfieldM @WilliamNB @O2 Just find whichever network has best signal and data rates at your locations, and then go with that network. Never expect service from any of them, they are all crap. There are maps of mobile coverage, but I suggest testing with friends' phones or just buy some PnG SIMs.

    i’m literally losing my ****. @O2 are doing work in my area apparently, until FEBRUARY so i can’t send or receive texts, nor can i make or receive calls. so that’s great. what am i paying for?! 😤😤😤
