Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

@O2 can't even provide correct tracking numbers for SIM deliveries and customer service's solution is to tell me "yes the tracking numbers we provide never work", and to contact Royal Mail directly, even when Royal Mail clearly states the sender should contact them.
