Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

@O2 @02. Just rung O2 and nothing has been processed. Having spoken to 8 different people and been promised it would be dealt with. Surely no company can be this bad. @O2 should be embarrassed. #neveragain

@O2 have the worst coverage of any network provider I’ve had. I’ve literally had no service since I for the new sim. Had to get out that contract within my 14 day grace period ASAP! Back to EE lol
