    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

    @O2 Hi, can you help. Im in Egypt and have o2 travel but have had a message saying Ive hit a data limit of 50mb/£51. The message from o2 said all calls/data was included with travel for £6 per day. I cant get through to cs and phone is blocked for data.

    Hey @O2 I thought we be together a while. But if you're gonna have my pants down by hiking my bill up £7 a month by adding 13% inflation + 4% for shits n giggles then alas I'll be off when my contract ends. I'd love to have a 13% payrise..... corporates are ***************

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 2nd day in a row now that the WiFi has gone down. This is not the first time. Working from home & this is seriously affecting my business. Had Sky Broadband for nearly 10 years & never had this issue. Your WiFi service is the worst in my experience. Regret switching now.

    @O2 I don’t dispute the need for investment, however the tariff model could’ve been revamped any time over the last few years given the challenges people have faced financially. Another case of our costs go up and we’ll shovel on to the customer. Flexible tariffs are the future.

    @O2 shocking customer service yet again. Tried to talk to someone about yet another price hike. Was put through to 4 people within the same department, 3 of which said I’d be connected to the complaints team. The 4th then said there is no complaints team and then disconnected 😤
