    @Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    @O2 worst customer services ever 🤧 they want you to call them (you never get through) to make a payment, any other decent org you can simply make a payment online. They make it so difficult the moment you indicate you want to leave. Even have guts to send threatening letters KMT

    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

    @O2 absolutely disgusting service, we have been abroad for 10 days now and despite almost daily calls we still do not have internet access. I am appalled by their customer service and a total waste of money!

    @O2 service has been so poor, 2nd replacement phone in 2 weeks because I keep being given refurbished handsets. The one I’ve just received which I’ve had for 2 days needs to be sent back also. I’m very shocked at the lack of assistance that I’ve been facing. 😡🤯🙃

    @O2 They said because the phone worked with other sim cards, and another o2 sim, it was likely a carrier server side issue.

    @O2 Well obviously you scrapped them for a reason so why bring them back. I think O2 make enough profit to be able to not charge this stupid fee and piss off loyal customers like myself. It’s the same as Apple no longer supplying chargers but will sell you one separately 🤬🤬rip off
