    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

    @Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

    @O2 worst customer services ever 🤧 they want you to call them (you never get through) to make a payment, any other decent org you can simply make a payment online. They make it so difficult the moment you indicate you want to leave. Even have guts to send threatening letters KMT

    @O2 despite my owing 0.00 - my phone remains blocked. 45 mins now trying to get thru to cust service. Request to unlock had not been put thru when bill was paid over 24 hrs ago!!!! V unhappy long term customer #o2 #rubbishservice #loyaltymeansnothing

    @O2 The whole of Newquay is a tourist attraction but thousands of us still live and work here. It used to get markedly worse in the summer but now it’s just bad all the time, even in winter. It naturally switches to 3G most of the time anyway.

    @O2 I got a galaxy watch 4 on 30th April, the battery hasn't been that great but over the past couple days the battery only lasts a couple hours without being used. And is constantly saying its to hot and needs to cool down.

    @O2 worst mistake ever changing network provider to o2!!!! I’m getting the same 3G signal i was 20 years ago on my nokia 3310!! 4G is very rare and 5G would be a miracle. Everywhere i go is the same, do they know it’s 2022?

    @O2 is there a reason why my phone calls are failing, text messages aren’t sending and my data is constantly on 3G?! I’m paying £60+ a month and I’m not getting the service I was promised! Absolutely shocking service.

    Can I ask why my signal with @O2 is shocking on a regular basis, I move from my living room to my kitchen and my calls fail constantly. Always living on 2 bars of signal. What am I paying for?!

    @O2 I've already been through all this with customer services. Trying the sim in another phone didn't change anything. They told me the reason I was experiencing issues was that I was near the coast which sounds implausible to say the least as no one else I know has the same issues.

    @O2 @dombamber83 I'm starting to get fed up as well. Getting signal "deadzones", more frequent drops in speeds. And you have the nerve to say "we're investing". In what exactly. If 5g isn't more readily available by my contract end, I'll go elsewhere
