    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    @O2 worst customer experience ever trying to upgrade my aunts phone last weekend, got hung up on twice and took well over 6 hours just to upgrade a phone.. pretty glad I’m with. Don’t go with o2

    @O2 I miss the cheerful man’s voice telling me the options when I call 2202. I used to recite the options along with him and now he’s gone and been replaced by an automated answer machine 💔 never got to say goodbye

    @O2 They’re acting as o2. Perhaps your legal team need to get involved as they asked me as an existing o2 customer (which I’m not) if I’d like offers on top of my tariff. I asked where they were calling from and they said O2

    @O2 So, someone who has had a 500 minute contract with you for at least 10 years and has never exceeded it, and then out of the blue suddenly uses an additional 650 minutes in the space of three weeks… you don’t find this odd and maybe contact them? No you just bill them #wrong

    @O2 Sad to go but I can no longer get onto o2 account and my o2 sim is saying no service so I’d imagine it’s pretty much done.

    @O2 I am so confused how to use my phone when in the US! I have O2 travel bolt on but I received texts that I went over my data limit (which I didn’t even know I had). Help! I don’t want to get loads of charges by doing something stupid
