Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

@O2 worst customer services ever 🤧 they want you to call them (you never get through) to make a payment, any other decent org you can simply make a payment online. They make it so difficult the moment you indicate you want to leave. Even have guts to send threatening letters KMT

@Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

@O2 My mother never had an online account: no email, no internet. So she relied on her paper bills which o2 stopped! It was only when her bank contacted her did she know. My mum has had a contract with o2 since BT Cellnet days! Her tariff had long expired!

@O2 @OakNational O2 are being selective in support they lai. To help people it's been 8 days without ability for voice calls they claim their mast is busy that's 24 hours a day and night every hour as if entire city was using o2. I'm 100 yards from mast and unable call for help with cancer.

@NSP55 @Craig_bellshaw @O2 What infuriates me is you can’t downgrade - I took out a 20GB data tariff for when I needed to access work emails etc when I was able to travel for work. Now I’m home based, no signal, I’m paying for data I can’t use but there’s no point reducing as it won’t reduce costs. 1/
