Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

@virginmedia please fix the internet 😭 Been down a big part of the day an it said it was fixed but has just gone down for the 3rd time this evening an is driving me nuts. Especially as inside my house @O2 data only has 1 bar 😭😭😭 missing all my favourite shows 🙈

@O2 Still not resolved with any solution or explaination since August 18th. You just say your tech team are working on it. I’ve explained in detail to at least four of your team. Pillar to post as usual. No call back. Rubbish.

@ee 6+hrs on chat yesterday to be told to turn my phone off and on again (It didn't work, shock). How you can think it's acceptable for me to send my phone in with no replacement for an unknown period of time is shameful... Can't wait to go back to @O2 , much better service.

@O2 looking for tips on improving network coverage in the MK45 area. Recently changed from EE and the signal with O2 is truly terrible. Literally no signal in my own home... On the odd occasion it teases me with 1bar of signal 🙄🙄🙄 or do I have to go back to a better provider?
