@EE how come @tescomobile and @O2 allow European roaming yet the biggest and best(apparently) network charges?? I go to Europe 3-4 times a year and chopping and changing the benefits a month before and after is ridiculous!!

I don't think I've ever been this angry in my whole entire life. My bill is 3 x what I would pay a year because of an actual emergency and I'm having to step outside of my grief to drag @O2 because they have no compassion or empathy.

@O2 @afcsooz Even when you get through you don’t get any help. I phoned 10 days ago and reported an issue. Was told it would be resolved in 5 days. Heard nothing so called today, passed around for over an hour and issue still not resolved. I’ve only been a customer for a few weeks
