    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    @melmel2801 @O2 @peterkay_co_uk Good luck getting on and then getting tickets. I was online at 10am and then waiting in a virtual queue for about 30 minutes. Now the site seems to be down. Site is hosted in Amazon (which is good) and if they built the backend properly, it should happily cope with the demand.

    @JPM9685 @O2 I have had same problem for so long. I spoke to someone 3 times over a month. Sent me new sim. Knocked money of bill cos admitted both masts down in my area for ages. Doesn’t explain why I can’t get coverage in bigger cities I visit. Can’t provide the service I pay for.

    @O2 will let me go as far as attempting to sign in with a code then tells me gateway time out in less than a second of clicking next! What a shambles been on here since 8:30am

    Been sat on my laptop just under 2 hours trying to log in to @O2 priority, error after error, and sat aimlessly waiting for codes to get into the website that never turn up… disappointed doesn’t even cover it
