Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

@StourbridgeSue @O2 I had a similar experience and moved from O2 to Tesco Mobile a few years ago. Tesco use the O2 network; I've found their customer service to be excellent.

I can't receive calls (goes straight to voicemail) or texts on my mobile. @O2 aren't any help. Is anybody else having problems in Aldridge, Walsall? There were problems with a mast earlier but that's reportedly fixed

@O2 I've been told twice that someone senior would call to offer compensation, they haven't. You've told me on every call that you've resolved the various issues, you haven't. You took £80 without my permission and I have to truest that you're refunding me, which I don't. It's a joke
