    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    @O2 could you tell me if there is a problem login into mobil app, as have been trying to log in and just keep getting sent verify account link but then it just keeps going back to this same message after clicking link in email, have tried on tablet and same thing happens

    Currently on the phone to @O2 customer services… have been trying to get through to someone now not only today but for the last two weeks! All I want to is solve an issue with the my o2 app. They won’t even set up a call back so it’s now been 10 minutes 1/2

    Make that 12 minutes @O2 all I keep getting told is to call because you can’t deal with this online anymore! Ridiculous service well it’s not service it’s a joke. I just upgraded my phone with you I’m starting to regret it now

    @O2 I cannot believe how disgustingly you treat your customers, I have had fraud committed against my account multiple times & have made over 6 phone calls in which you lie and promise its being dealt with. I have spent hours speaking to customers service and stressing myself out

    @O2 25 minutes on hold with hold music designed to make you want to hang up and an ai generated voice that couldn’t sound more fake if it tried. You really don’t want your customers to be able to contact you do you, even when it’s a bereavement issue that needs dealing with.

    @MartinSLewis I’ve just left @O2 /!: gone with @spusu_uk and they have Eu roaming and use EE network!!!
