Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

@O2 I get that but for the past few days I’ve tried to contact someone, either your bot closes the chat, they are busy, they can’t help or they say the insurance team will contact me (but they don’t). Why am I paying for a phone and watch that doesn’t work how it’s suppose to.

This is the worst day for @O2 priorities to crash 🤬🤬🤬 I'm trying on my phone, through 3 different ways, on my work computer (🤫) and nothing. Will be definitely changing phone companies I'd I miss out on Peter Kay tickets due it crashing!!!
