Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

@O2 not happy with phone call just revived trying 2 say I have 2 options in what 2 accept in a offer, I have other option hang up, I can imagine vulnerable people would just go along with it, unprofessional

@O2 Why are your systems so terrible? For a comms outfit it’s awful. Insurance/customer services/shop can’t seem to communicate with eachother!Staff are v polite+try to be helpful but I keep going round in a loop. No phone, still paying for airtime! Trying to sort out for days!
