    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

    Hello @O2 I am getting seriously sick of constant calls from you! I keep asking to be taken off whatever list they’re calling but it doesn’t seem to work! Help me out as I am getting really frustrated and being quite rude to people because it is so annoying! 😡

    @O2 worst customer services ever 🤧 they want you to call them (you never get through) to make a payment, any other decent org you can simply make a payment online. They make it so difficult the moment you indicate you want to leave. Even have guts to send threatening letters KMT

    @Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    Trying to get support from @O2 is like pulling teeth these days. First I get directed to 'sales' and a predicted wait of 30 minutes. I call back and the automated 'service' says "down load the app, goodbye". The fact that a) it isn't relevant to my problem, and b) eludes them.

    Completely unrelated to my problem @O2's web site offers a link to finding WiFi hotspots. The landing page it hits is a 404. Makes me wonder, is there anyone competent there at all?

    @O2 @andy_cov93 Dont do it!!!!!!! They are the worst. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 11 minutes. They have been promising to call me all week to allow me to leave my contract because they admit I have been paying for zero service for years!!!! They will hook you in and ignore you afterwards

    @O2 I have sent you a DM regarding my expired contract not being moved under your auto change terms. Despite me receiving a letter advising that it would. I called your team who tried to sell me a 12 month contract and then cut me off. I’m very disappointed with this service
