Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

@O2 appalling customer service. All I want is my rebate. My 02 doesn’t work, phone line staff says I don’t exist. Spent 2 hours trying to speak to someone. All I did was move to EE. You texted me and e mailed for me to get in touch. So far it’s impossible

@O2 I am unable to update details in my account. I can login on A browser but somehow you have the wrong email address and mobile number registered, so I can't receive verifications to update my details. Because my email is somehow wrong I can't login on the app.
