    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    @O2 am trying to reinstate data sharing after upgrade... Whatsapp chat/online chat all say I need to call.... after hours trying to get through on the phone I finally beat the algorithm - and was in a que to speak to a real person - and 10 mins later the line was cut.. help!

    @O2 what is going on with your system ive logged into my account keep getting asked to put a code in gets sent i put it doesn't work reset password still doesn't work, all I want to do is update my address so your not sending anything to my old address so why won't it let me

    @O2 so, just held for 24 mins to speak to James Wilson customer services manager ( given these details from your customer services representative Michelle) only to be told by Basil ( another customer services representative) that ‘ I don’t know any James Wilson’,he cut me off
