    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    @O2 @danyologic Hijacking this thread - on MyO2, following these links tells me what Wifi calling is and how to enable it on my iPhone, no option to add the service or enable it on my account. However, when I do that in my phone settings I get "To allow Wifi calling on this account, contact O2"

    @O2 Yes I can log into the actual website but not the mobile app which is weird. Are there issues with the app?

    Hi @o2, I'm using a Giffgaff SIM in Warton LA5 9RY and there is no 4g connection at all. Was fine a couple of weeks ago. Site says no issues but only connects to 3g and really slow. Any advice pls

    @O2 Customer service is atrocious and the major focus is on free holidays 😤. A whole month of NO 4G From a company that proclaims a fantastic service “ Friday in Priority” .. prioritise a better service for EXISTING customers

    @O2 Trying to sort my mums #payasyougo account after 45mins waiting, two attempts to call in ended up on the same line as another customer, what a communications company!
