A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

@O2 So we are still no further forward, we DM you and you tell us to contact the insurance team which we have done on numerous occasions The insurance team tell us they will ring back - the phone doesn't work, no one can ring back!! What a shambles of so called customer service

@O2 paid a visit to your Preston store today for an E sim. They had issues setting up, now i know why. My fiance had a go when we got home. They have only given me an E sim pack. Registered to someone else thats still active. On a different number to mine GRPR? What GDPR?!

@mrandrewdickson @O2 You have no interruption or anything blocking your signal on top of a mountain. It’s actually the best place for a reception sometimes. In London your so rounded by skyscrapers deflecting and blocking your connection
