A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

Just had an awful experience with @O2 customer service. 45 minutes on the phone, with colleagues laughing in the background, no resolutions, asked to send screenshots to emails. Very unprofessional. As a new customer, I’m regretting leaving EE. Part 1

@O2 if this number represents you; 0333 344 6987; trying to get people to "sign up to exclusive deals" is not acceptable, nor is the incredibly rude way they hang up immediately you say you aren't interested. They need sacking.

@EE Hi EE. What’s the point of paying for a premium product when in Germany you have picked o2 de? It’s the third network for coverage and there’s no 5G? As an @O2 uk customer I can pay 25% of the cost of monthly line rental and obtain 5G roaming in Germany?
