A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

@O2 I just had a call from 01614640771 offering me a reduction on my bill. He refused to call me "Daddy" as I requested, and refused to tell me what he was wearing, so I could "finish my morning happ time ablutions" in style". Then hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

@O2 I have cancelled my insurance this morning, it's utterly pointless. I may as well have shredded £10 a month for the past 30 months. I'll send you my mobile number but I don't want the sales lady to get in trouble
