  • DaveRyloRyland Dave Ryland (@DaveRyloRyland) reported from Gloucestershire, England

Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

  • nic_moneypenny Nic at Mitchell Moneypenny (@nic_moneypenny) reported from Cheltenham, England

Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

  • jensealey Jen Sealey (@jensealey) reported from Cheltenham, England

A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

  • itsnickelflySK3 🎩👍 Gill Brain 🙈😂 (@itsnickelflySK3) reported from Gloucestershire, England

@O2 How do I make contact with @O2PriorityUK please. I have a complaint enquiry over ticket purchase I need to put to them.. thankyou

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • joebonthuys Joseph Bonthuys (@joebonthuys) reported

@O2 I returned some AirPods back in March and am still waiting for the money to be refunded. Countless phone calls later and still without a penny. Customer service assure me they’ll sort it out & money will be with me and I’ve lost all confidence in getting it back now. Had enough!

  • SuzCEO Suzanne Horner (@SuzCEO) reported

@O2 So, is the point of a DM to allow you to investigate my issue or is it merely to stop people highlighting the failures of O2 on social media 🤔#question

  • ChrisGaddis10 Chris Gaddis🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@ChrisGaddis10) reported

Having a problem with my sim. Can you help @O2 ?

  • rmcculloughk full send (@rmcculloughk) reported

@O2 funnily enough, not being a total spanner, your network status checker was the first place i went. it says the same thing as it did 3 days ago, and every day since - mast not working, engineers likely on it. no further info. beginning to not believe the 'likely' bit

  • Celeste7576 Celeste7576 (@Celeste7576) reported

I have a monthly subscription of 17 pounds by @O2 to be able to use datas when I travel. But when I do I'm being charged 45. If hesitating between providers, run away from 02 and go to #three, much more reliable. 02 is pure lie, hidden cost & bad surprises, lack of transparency.

  • rwurehman Rana W U Rehman (@rwurehman) reported

@O2 Hahahaha, what a joke, your network is worse than 3’s, you can’t even make a phone call in Wimbledon village. Learn from EE

  • ricoedd Neil Richardson (@ricoedd) reported

@virginmedia Only happen on o2 my app/website. Only at my home. Works everywhere else. Also been told cloudfront issue that @o2 uses.

  • SerenaMann69 Serena Kaur Mann 😈🇬🇧🇮🇳 (No DM'S) (@SerenaMann69) reported

@O2 @England Yeah be great if your network f**king worked. Don't ask me to DM you, you useless plebs!

  • Aok25 Alan_okelly (@Aok25) reported

@MattChorley Spent over an hour on the phone to @O2 as a recorded voice said over and over again I should check the website for any queries... the website had specifically said call o2 to deal with my issue...

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported

@SerenaMann69 @O2 @England There’s no need for that language. You’ve been with them for a day, give it a couple days for them to fix it as they usually resolve network outages pretty quickly. Plus, don’t take it out on their customer services. It’s down to the engineers.
