Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

@O2 That's what you've been saying for 4 years while other networks have been rolling it out. Those networks include an MVNO using your network. Why don't you just admit that you have no intention of providing this service?

@O2 Thanks. Network coverage is supposedly good in Bath - but it’s not! It’s an ongoing problem and less than satisfactory. My wife and I have O2 on new iPhones - both have issues making calls outside in the BA2 area of Bath. Calls usually connect but conversation is impossible.

@O2 I joined O2 this week and encouraged my wife to do the same. You have now screwed up her number port causing havoc in her business, damaging her livelihood and causing upset to vulnerable family we care for. Advisors just make baseless promises and lie when we call. #Fail
