    Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    @O2 over 50 mins on the phone and no answer. Tried last week to pay with credit card in hand and trans around 4 departments. Terrible service.

    @O2 All great but as the sim is broken I am unable to do anything other than wait for a replacement sim. Incredible that you have no secondary method of doing things, can’t even update MyO2 without the sim! Frustrating to say the least 🤬

    @O2 For the past two weeks I haven’t been able to get my free Nero coffee. Don’t say “there is limited stock try again the next day” which seems to be your standard reply to everyone that has been asking the same thing. It has never said out of stock before these last 2 weeks.

    @jodielouiseart @O2 O2 these past 18 months have gone downhill fast. As you say, it can tell you that you have full 4G but nothing loads. Dreadful. Been a customer since BT Cellnet says and only reason still with them is it is the only network I can use in the house

    @Brendan_O2, @O2 Hi Brendan, After getting a new contract with O2 on 3rd of April,my number still doesn't work. Have been in touch with customer service, but no luck. Have contacted @O2 today with my contact details, still no calls. Im already regretting my O2 decision !
