@TelefonicaUK @O2 25 minutes on chat, 4 minutes on telephone tree options, 6 minutes on voice call to be transferred to a "Sales" option which wont take 1 for sales or 2 for anything else option. Had to hang up - #badcustomerservice

@O2 what an absolute joke of a network, being ridiculed by teams in South Africa and basically said I could be fraudulent literally never had such an appalling service in my life will no doubt speak tot the ombudsman,speak to EE See how they got ok when they give me same service

@O2 Can you share an eta on the sim swap issue im more than 48 hours without service which is major issue especially where you need codes ect sent by sms for various accounts Customer Services said they couldnt say when but could be a few more days! Not Acceptable!
