    Hey @O2 is there anyone I can talk to about a service issue with my handset? Signal in the area is fine and sons phone on same network works perfectly.

    @virginmedia @O2 waiting 8-9 months for @virginmedia to fix our low broadband speeds. After recurrent no shows, had the engineers out 2 days ago but only made things worse! Promised technician return next day .. no show .. usual will be 2-3 wks #fastercloser NOT!

    @O2 pressured into a 36mth contract, handset still being paid for but not fit for purpose (overheats, drops calls, straight to voicemail, Wi-Fi signal awful) Complained so many times but no reply! Bring on January 2022 as I will not be an O2 customer!!! Phones don’t last 3yrs
