@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

@O2 The lady was really nice and helpful I was just closing the data on my pad as it was paid off. I have a phone with ( which I love, and always recommend 02 to friends) and still a loyal customer but there was no need for data on the pad. The pad number was 07546 344383 .

@O2 As I said, I am unable to load anything. I have briefly connected to a WiFi network. Now network checker says mast work in my area so now I know, just frustrating when you can't check 'cos you don't have a signal. Is there no way of MSMing users in the area beforehand?
