@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

Hey @ThreeUK do you guys still do the SIM which includes a small amount of data for coverage testing ? I've just left @O2 for my main contract, now I have my 2g car tracker and a pay as you go emergency brick to move.

@O2 It's a constant struggle when not on wifi. right now I'm at home with 3 bars and getting 6mb down and 3mb up which is good enough to browse but that is on a good day. Usually, in our area the o2 signal is horrible!
