    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    Hi @O2, Is there any way of being released from my 24-month contract early without a early exit fee? I have 9 months left. I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving, as I very rarely get a decent signal anywhere.

    @O2 And what if I say to you, “I’m sorry, my payment to you can be a bit slow in this area so I’m gonna have to not provide it at all this month”. You wouldn’t accept it, so why is it somehow acceptable to provide a service so bad that it’s unusable yet still expect payment for it?!?

    @O2 Doesn’t seem like 3G is even an option on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. And what are you going to do to rectify the problem while you’re busy building your network? You’re charging me for a service you’re not providing even though I paid you a fortune for the latest phone.

    Thanks @O2 Appalling customer service when I called to try to rectify roaming issues, just what you need from your provider whilst abroad. Currently out of contract so will be switching provider once back in the UK, shame as been a loyal customer for a very long time now…

    @virginmedia @O2 What is wrong with this company!!! I just uograded my internet to a faster speed because i was finding what i had far too slow and needed a booster because my tiny 2 bedroom flat cant be covered by your hub 3 apprently and tonight my internet cut off entirely (cont in comment..)
