@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

Hi @O2, Is there any way of being released from my 24-month contract early without a early exit fee? I have 9 months left. I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving, as I very rarely get a decent signal anywhere.

Just thought but I wondered if @O2 ever considered putting a signal in the MK43 post code area.

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@365johnsonTmr @EnglandRugby @O2 Agree. Lawrence looks to be the future, Manu hasn’t the impact he used to have and has never had any brains. I’m not convinced Slade is an international centre. I like Dan Kelly. I think Marchant has been treated badly. He needs a decent run.

@O2 Worst company ever having the cheek to bump your bills up 18% then refusing to sort your signal out blaming the phone. Ah guess Samsung and Apple are faulty also my mistake. God I realize why nobody should go with O2 I used to work for them and they use disgusting tactics 💀

@O2 Hi. I have been receiving only 1-2 bars of 4g on my iPhone from the iPhone 7 to iPhone 12pro. Ive been told for around 4 years that my local tower is being “fixed”. I pay for a 5g contract and have never received 5g in my area. Is this an acceptable time to wait for a repair?

@O2 is raising small biz #mobile charges by #RPI plus 3.9%. That’s a whopping 17.3%.Don’t let anyone tell you inflation is only caused by ‘rising energy costs’, supply chain problems et al. Most of it is companies taking advantage for profits. Watch their margins rise.
