@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@O2 after making my details and number accessible to fraud with zero data protection, I chased it up for months and every time your customer service folks will tell me to contact Sony when I AM THE CUSTOMER AND THE VICTIM!! I call Sony and Sony tells me to call you!

@O2 its been 7 days i have retuned the faulty iPhone but did not hear anything from o2 yet !! I been told that after return in 5 days i will get my replacement ?! Where is replacement o2 whats going on?? Very bad experience i am having #iamangry #badcustomerservice

@O2 be clear that you’ve lost me as a customer and won’t be getting a dime out of me. What even gets on my nerves is till date I’m still receiving fraudulent codes on my other phone. No wonder you’re being sued for overcharging customers! SORT IT OUT!

@O2 it doesnt recognise the number because no longer a customer. I sent a cheque to Telefonica in January and bank confirm you have not cashed it. Do you not have any accounts payable staff or are you all working from home?! HOW CAN I PAY?

@O2 I have not been able to get in touch with you for weeks, it eventually cuts off and asks to go online which is not helpful. I want to be pay my final bill (which I dont think I should have charged for) and as I'm no longer a customer I cannot do this via DD or my O2.

@O2 Sent you a mail through Twitter. Problem for my wife’s phone is she isn’t receiving some calls. Recruitment agencies so pretty important. Her spam call receiving does appear to have increased though.
