@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@O2 Tried rebooting my phone. Tried manually selecting network but didn’t want to connect to them. Just so unusual as we always get a text and we always have 4g here

@RoseHabberley @O2 Hi, I am sure o2 have issues with their network, if you don’t feel satisfied with the response from o2 maybe retweet your complaint using BBCWatchdog and Which magazine tags. I fed up with o2 network and customer service. Need to get something done

@O2 my elderly friend (widower in late 80’s) got cold called and moved from an O2 consumer to O2 business 3 yr tariff last week. They want £300 admin fee to cancel 7 days on. O2 won’t take her calls as they don’t ‘manage the line’ now. Who can help?

@O2 anyone who in the same boat as me, stuck in a contract with o2 with very bad network connection? when you try to complain you get fobbed off and promised the return call, which never happens.? Post up your complaint and add BBCWatchdog and Which tags. This needs sorting
