    @O2 please can you justify a £49 charge to call Australia for 19 minutes? I used my partners phone as I had no signal and needed to call o2 to enable Wi-Fi calling. While he does not have the international bolt on like me, I was shocked to find out the charge. this is exorbitant.

    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    Order still not processed so I’ve cancelled the whole thing and now seriously considering my 4 @o2 accounts in full, I can’t understand clerical issues but I will not accept being lied to. And blatantly so.

    Hi @O2, Is there any way of being released from my 24-month contract early without a early exit fee? I have 9 months left. I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving, as I very rarely get a decent signal anywhere.

    That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

    Personally I would stay clear of @oppo and their new phones. Especially with the constant repeated text messages and not receiving data until they sort it out. It's a massive problem they do know about.. @O2 know about the problem but still sell those phones.

    @O2 I completed DPA to get this sorted on Saturday, it’s now Tuesday and it’s been over the 24-48 hour mark yet yours now sending the same 24-48 hour message. Please respond without automated messages today, I’ve had such a problem trying to get this tablet returned

    @O2 would be better getting AOL dial up rather than using my phone in Burnley. Never mind 5g, drops to 3G in some parts! Rubbish
