@O2 Hi @O2 I'm STILL waiting for some resolution to this issue, we've had no updates bar a text to say "We're working on this". When are we going to have a working mast?
-
$btc (@btc2212) reported
@O2 Hi, I would like to pay off the rest of my contract - I know the amount that is owed by texting 'INFO' to 202, but I would like to know how to pay this amount. Would you be able to help?

Anthony Duncalf (@anthony_duncalf) reported
@tescomobile The @O2 4G network can't cope with demand in some areas. My Mum was getting 1mbps in a good O2 4G area. Switched it to 3G+ and it's 15mbps now. Telling people to turn their phone off and on and wiping the sim isn't good technical support.

@lookerslounge21 @O2 I was with EE for years but their prices went through the roof. They are all as bad as each other now I think.
-
Shaun McLean (@smc007i) reported
@O2 Your marketing texts say call 2220 to change your preferences, but there has been a 'technical fault' when I try to do this for weeks now. Either update your texts or fix the issue please.

CFox (@CFOXY5) reported
@O2 So again no tech support why lie constantly about something that does not exist disgusting doesn’t cover it 6 MONTHS 6 really
-
Donaldson (@siannnyyy26) reported
@O2 am not getting service why
-
Kay-Tee (@Katy_mo) reported
@O2 No because you take 2 months+ to fix a 4G mast, let alone 5G
-
Kay-Tee (@Katy_mo) reported
@O2 So you'll leave customers 2 months without properly working signal with no update, no resolution date or any kind of help?
