    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 sometime ago I complained about lack of 3G and 4G in the MK43 0PS area. It’s still no better. To help locate the What3words reference is ///stalemate.take.drifting Please rectify

    @O2 nobody wins with the new caffe nero offer, even the baristas don't know the conditions. Today I saw one refuse to serve customer a drink & told them its Thurs only. Despite the app saying 'any day of the week'. Might as well just remove the offer altogether. It's pointless.

    @O2 @TheO2 i’ve received disgusting from o2 over the past couple of months regarding a bereavement issue. I’ve made multiple complaints and was told on Wednesday that I would get a call back from a manager within 48 hours. No surprise that I still haven’t had one 3 days later 1/2

    if that still does not resolve the situation then i will be taking it to ombudsmen... regardless of the outcome i will NEVER outright buy a device or sim or have a contract with @O2 ever again

    well debt collectors have frozen the account and are raising my issues directly with you as i have told them i will NOT be paying a penny, @O2 want to lock me out of making payments, refuse to awklowede my issues and claim ive made no attempt to pay it thats your fault not mine
