    @O2 I’ve been a customer for at least 10 years and have never ever missed a payment . Even now my account is paid and Upto date. I am disgusted that a letter like this has been sent and that a manager is never available. After being loyal for so long I can’t wait to leave o2!

    Honestly @O2 what’s going on? Constant signal problems and so I go to Myo2 to help and it won’t even allow me to login? Reset my account and then the four digit code doesn’t work? Your IT systems are BASIC

    @O2 why is the signal in my area so bad. I have 3/4 bars of data signal yet nothing ever seems to load. Starting to get annoyed with it. Been with you for years yet only just getting problems.

    @O2 after receiving an enforcement notice as YOU advised me to cancel my DD because you charged me £90 in error I’ve had 4 phone calls trying to sort ur mess out and have been promised twice on separate occasions that a manager will call me in 24 hours and nobody ever has….
