@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

Hi, @O2 I'm very disappointed. You sell watches cool. But you have a misleading flow that ends up with a watch plan to override the existing plan your customer has on the device. That results in being cut off calls and texts until you get the watch back (days without service).
