    @O2 cancelled an upgrade order yet the tariff wasn't rolled back by third party. Got though to CS and the old tariff was reinstated but now I cant upgrade for a further 2 years according to MyO2. Trying to speak to someone rather than a horrible automated system and useless app.

    So far, @o2 has: a) let my account be hacked due to poor security (which led to my almost losing £1900), b) seen live-chat & phone reps disagree on how the breach occurred, c) refused to provide a transcript of the breach, & d) denied it even took place. Nice.

    @O2 why call me to pressure me into a new contract, then tell me I have to call 202 to cancel my other contract. Then I’m on hold an hour and waiting...unacceptable service
