@VodafoneUK Nooooo @O2 is far better than Vodafone, better coverage , customer service the lot. Endless issue when on red, not one on the blue 👍🏼

@O2 I have reached end of contract with O2 , rang them mid October to cancel my contract, I paid the a month I owed them the remaining month over the phone. They refused to cancelled my account 1040043374. Shame on O2 on £72 charge after the call

@o2 I have had no signal in #Harrogate for months. Mast down for all that time? How is that ok? When do you expect it to be mended please? Do I get a refund of my monthly payments? Not getting the service I am paying for.

@O2 Yeah that's not helpful when part of the issue is that I more often than not don't have the signal available to make or recieve calls. As chat seems to no longer be available I have to use another phone to contact? No doubt its not free on a landline.
