Today @O2 you managed to completely delete my husbands account. He uses his phone for business and has no access to anything. YOUR staff member deleted everything his number the lot but are unwilling to sort it with any sort of urgency. Where's the customer service? Help Please!

@O2 @Dizzwell Hi Adam. You can pop into your local store in Skipton and they will be happy to help. Don't have a Guru anymore but the staff are really helpful and I'm sure they will be able to fix your issue.

@O2 I’ve done this and it tells me a phone mast is not working. I’m patient and all but the phone mast was out of order last time I raised a complaint! This is well over 6mth ago and the signal is getting worse! At this point I’m paying for something that does not serve it’s purpose!

@O2 I'm a lifelong O2 customer. When you were BT cellnet, Genie etc. Since my first phone aged 16. You've given me this spiel many times. Never gets any better. Jokes on me, should just leave you.
