    @O2 Yes it’s not with Tesco my plan and phone was bought through AO/mobile phone direct ? When I popped in to your Tamworth store they advised me that I’m on a piggy back service that’s why my signal is really bad ! I have already complained to 02 ????

    @O2 not to be rude but this isn’t helpful to me. I had an issue with payment and my card so my phone was switched off it was payed last night but still no 4g. Everything’s on and should be working according to my settings and it’s now down to o2’s behalf. Thanks

    Why is @O2 customer service so shockingly poor? My partner asked for a change of address.. instead they changed her number twice and keep hanging up on her instead of fixing it. Same **** for 5 days.. full family contract terminations inbound 😤
