@VodafoneUK Nooooo @O2 is far better than Vodafone, better coverage , customer service the lot. Endless issue when on red, not one on the blue 👍🏼

@O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

@O2 To be honest it’s all the time and it’s easier to list places I do get signal…your colleagues have already suggested to myself that it’s a network issue and the only way around it is to pay off the remainder of my contract or wait to refresh in December :/
