    @VodafoneUK Nooooo @O2 is far better than Vodafone, better coverage , customer service the lot. Endless issue when on red, not one on the blue 👍🏼

    @O2 never buy from this company. My personal details were stolen and used to make 2 purchases. The company doesn't use security checks. When I kept receiving letters for money I contacted O2 a total of 7 times. I have been lied to, promised ring backs. Still nothing resolved!

    @nw_nicholas @O2 pull the same scam with their phone offers. You get about £200 off, but they cancel your Air Time Plan and offer similar plan for so much more over 36 months that you end up paying £700 or £800 more. You can't leave O2 with your new phone or renegotiate until you've paid off.

    @O2 nightmare situation for me. Please help. Turned power on then off and asked to provide my sim code number. Was not accepted then received voicemail to reset my code. Repowered and it still won’t accept with 1 try left. Stuck now. #O2

    @O2 Hi yes it’s the same ongoing problem in central Harrogate where the 4G signal is patchy at best, and often can only get 3G. My phone has been rebooted several times since August and it’s a new phone since I last DM’d you about it in Feb & Oct 2020

    @O2 so after over 20 years with Vodafone i am switching to O2, better customer service today, better tariff and no fee for NHS discount 👏🏻. Loyalty means nothing in this country.
