@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@VodafoneUK Nooooo @O2 is far better than Vodafone, better coverage , customer service the lot. Endless issue when on red, not one on the blue 👍🏼

@O2 help! why is it my wife can use her PAYG credit to pay for iTunes but when I do the same for my method of payment it declines and inturn ends up charging me from my bank! You’ve now cost me £13.98 that I could’ve done without. I want to use up my credit!

It has been 3 weeks and an @O2 manager still has not called me to handle my complaint. @TheFCA surely something should be done about the company not following complaint handling guidelines. I can’t process a complaint to the @financialombuds without a final response letter!
