@VodafoneUK Nooooo @O2 is far better than Vodafone, better coverage , customer service the lot. Endless issue when on red, not one on the blue 👍🏼

@O2 I’ve Rung this number all the time and just puts me to your top up service, then get passed around when eventually get put through to retentions. This is one of the many reasons I left yourselves due to poor customer service

@O2 I have spoken to your customer services 3 times! All 3 times the simple request was supposed to be completed. I am stuck paying 2 bills (both to o2) because your staff can't manage a simple number transfer. What a joke! Just being fobbed off!

@virginmedia @O2 I suggest we resolve this issue today, otherwise I will just go ahead with the delayed installation and then cancel as soon as I’m connected under my consumer rights - thus wasting your time and money.

@virginmedia @O2 Will that help your service to work without issues now?I cancelled the contract with you few weeks ago and I’m happy and safe now,but you anyway keep following me through my neighbour, he still have contract with VM and he still has problems and ask me for wifi everyday.Dublin 8

@O2 trying to get a voucher code to work online for 3 days. 4 calls to o2 an no one can help they just tell me to call back. Each time 45ms - 1hr to get through. Called back today and they aren't taking any calls from anyone. O2 Community website down. Is o2 close to going bust?
