    @martinmcnally53 @O2 Same here, keeps asking me to enter email, then verify. I do that and then nothing. You can only verify your email so many times, before it gets a little boring!!!! @O2 why try to fix something that wasn't broken?!!

    Gerry @O2 Belfast. After being passed around the world - Philippines, India, South Africa - hours on calls since last Thursday with no-one making good on promises to fix the issue and return calls, finally problem solved! Deserves a bonus.

    Are any phone networks any good?? Moved from EE due to bad customer service and now @o2 have blocked both kids phones due to suspicious activity?! Now without phones on holiday?! It’s taken over 5 hours for @O2 to provide me with an answer?! now we have to wait a further 24hrs?!
