    @VodafoneUK Nooooo @O2 is far better than Vodafone, better coverage , customer service the lot. Endless issue when on red, not one on the blue 👍🏼

    @O2 My phone was returned for a repair to O2 Engineers who advised the damage was not covered by Warranty?? I had a screen on a 5mth old Z4 Flip where the screen went totally black!! I caused no damage but by default under warranty I have been asked for £425 to fix. 4 weeks no phone!

    @o2 what is the issue with wifi connections on London underground/tube. Do your customers still have options? Seeing messages that it's been removed... Wifi Extra doesn't automatically connect?

    @O2 The DM messages won’t send, the account has had us safe abroad. It’s locked as in i can’t connect to any network

    @O2 hi, is there a problem with location services on the Priority app? It keeps saying no offers in 10miles radius and my local offers now appear to be miles away! Ps. I’m on the latest app version.

    Over the last week several times and today for 2 1/2 hrs battling with @O2 customer service….. cut off umpteen times 😡 I just want to sort out my account. How difficult can this be!!! Has anyone else had such poor service from O2, if so any tips to get it sorted?

    @O2 you are the most ****** **** phone provider known to man kind , I have had terrible signals every where I go , you promised and promised to sort the matter out , I threatened ofcom to use so you but ur arse in gear you did , then all of a sudden my bill has gone up with

    @O2 Thanks for the response @O2 but sadly it’s not just my local area, the network is just terrible and to think I came from orange back in the day because you were better, how tides turn I guess.
