@o2 Your fair use guidelines for Europe state "using our services for more than 63 days in any 4 month period is . . . unfair use." What do you define as "use"? Do you consider a switched-on phone connected to local network that I never text, call or use data from to be "in use"?

  • UtanoPandora Utano Pandora 🎤🐼 (@UtanoPandora) reported

@TitanofTea @O2 Literally only been with them for a month and experienced so many issues. 🤡 it’s weird cause the other staff actually wanted to help but the manager was such a horrid person and talked to me as if I was stupid..

@soeasyservice1 @O2 Took me over 6 months pal and I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years. They investigated me twice, I didn’t even get a free apology when the findings proved they was in the wrong…

  • TitanofTea TitanofTea☕🇺🇦 (@TitanofTea) reported

@UtanoPandora So sorry you've had that experience 😔 Shame on @O2, I've actually experienced similar in my local store as well where I'm trying to discuss a technical problem and they just look at me like I'm a ******. Maybe you could switch networks?

  • MatthewRBroad Matt Broad (@MatthewRBroad) reported

As @O2 face rising costs in energy and substantial increases in the costs associated with running the network, the consumer is seeing a major hit. A 17.3% rise in monthly charge - with 13.4% of that in line with the Retail Price Index rate of inflation. #tech #mobiles #energy
