@VodafoneUK Nooooo @O2 is far better than Vodafone, better coverage , customer service the lot. Endless issue when on red, not one on the blue 👍🏼

@virginmedia @O2 Maybe but what about customer service? We are old, vulnerable and reliant on virgin landline, thus priority rated. Our phone went down 31May. Emergency technician made it worse but promised correction 4June. Fault dept said booking now 17th and can’t bring it forward. Is this ok?

For most of lockdown, I would say my number of scam/ unknown number calls went right down to zero. In the last 48 hours, I've had about 20. National insurance, National Crime Agency, Chinese consulate the list goes on. What is going @O2 ?

As my past experiences with .@O2 have not all been good and my past experiences with .@virginmedia have been awful...I guess I’ll be changing mobile suppliers now they have merged 😩

I’ve been a customer of @O2 going back to the days of BT Cellnet but it’s partnership with @virginmedia might end up being the dealbreaker for me. I have no desire to support any @Virgin businesses.

@o2 worst customer service in a long time, lose new phone by sending to wrong address. Then tell me it will be picked up and redelivered.. 7 days later still no phone and your still expecting me to wait while you chase after the courier company.
