@savinggracey @O2 That's unacceptable. O2 needs to step up their customer service.

  • Phil_Taylor_4
    Phil M Taylor (@Phil_Taylor_4) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 The whole of UK telecoms is way behind many other developed parts of the world. Everyone has 5G capable gadgets but our networks are generally not up to 5G. More and more devices are connecting so speeds are not keeping up to demand. It’s very very poor.

  • nigelfairman
    nigel fairman (@nigelfairman) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Shes right 5g and i mean proper should by now be everywhere in this backward piss taking poor value for money expensive COUNTRY WE CALL GREAT

  • fatbeardymark
    Fatbeardymark 🗿 🍪 🪤 (@fatbeardymark) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Because the 5g fuckwits burn the towers down.

  • squigly1971
    Squigly (@squigly1971) reported

Try dealing with @O2 when something goes wrong abroad. They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. Completely unacceptable.

  • MrBlue218592
    Mr Blue (@MrBlue218592) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 You're surrounded by hills what ******** do you think your signal is going to be like? O2 are also notoriously ****. The worst network in the UK.

  • rl_keith
    Robert Keith (@rl_keith) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 All service in the UK is bad. The providers occasionally say they'll build a few more cell towers. Then the village NIMBY will object, and the provider will use the excuse to save money and not build the tower.

  • Annah_Atherton
    Annah Atherton (@Annah_Atherton) reported

@O2 why is your signal so bad?! WN1 Seems to have been since an old building knocked down … I’m told there’s nothing wrong in area, yet since my complaint I keep getting updates that you are “working on the problem”

  • kjackson1978
    Keith Jackson 🎗️ (@kjackson1978) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Just spent 10 days in Cyprus. Perfect 5g the whole time. At home I struggle to get a 5G signal and 4G now useless

  • Watch_n_Wait
    Martin Lee (@Watch_n_Wait) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Listen to any talk radio show and the regularity with which they "lose" guests and callers is embarrassing, and nearly all down to dodgy mobile connections. Sadly Brits gave up a really decent landline system for the "convenience" of mobile without thinking about quality.
