Simon (@Simon_wwfc) reported@O2 Had an email to say I can cancel contract early due to T&C changes. I activated that and reverted my number to Pay&Go. Two weeks pass, I get an email to say that I have to pay £336 in early termination fees. No one seems willing to help correct the system fault.
