@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 thanks for charging £28 roaming charges unnecessarily, yet you don't help. If for one day roaming charges I can get a plan for 2 months with 2GB/day why as a consumer would I opt for expensive roaming charges.

@O2 Thanks for the generic rubbish reply, hasn’t worked in this area for months and has gotten worse since the mast nearby was removed, didn’t want to have to quote the staff in the local o2 shop, but the service in this area is nothing short of a disgrace, if only you would own it

@O2 hi, the service is exceptionally poor in most town and cities in the centre, but Falkirk town centre fk1 has been the absolute worst I have ever encountered, can’t even send a message or read anything online, Is this ever going to be fixed? I have a new contract coming up
