    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 hi, I’ve come back to o2 and brought my number across - however, the number still hasn’t changed over which means I can’t even access my internet banking or NHS account as they send a text to my registered number to securely login! It’s been 2 days! Please help

    @DrTABailey @SwailesRuth @O2 Barclays was horrible, they doubted the legitimacy of my mum’s death cert & was so difficult with me despite their website says Barclays customers don’t have to provide the earth. The person who dealt with me lost his cool & slam his printer in front of me because I was “rude”.
