    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 Was today, supposed to be complete by 6pm. MyO2 shows the ported in number, if I call it I get the O2 answerphone, but restarting phone shows “no service”. Bloke on phone said I need to go to a shop for a new esim as porting in needs a new sim…

    @O2 @KerrieMalone19 Be careful they lied to me over and over all I had was bad service they still owe me money and I’m trying to get it off them they are trying to tell me it will be refunded on my next bill when I don’t have a account with them anymore
