    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @O2 You do know that the booking sites are not checking you're an o2 customer before booking, you just need to change the URL. Don't begrudge anyone getting tickets, I have but am an o2 customer, just don't want to hear you going on about how successful it was. Touts all over this.

    @O2 have all the priority tickets sold out now because people who weren't on priority have figured out how to use gigs and tours? If so you should never be allowed to sell tickets again or advertise priority. I have been trying for nearly 4 hours to get tickets!!
