    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 the mast in HD9 4AP is not working again. This is the 3rd time in January! This is an ongoing problem and you can continue to ignore it (and me) but I will not be renewing when my contract comes up and nor will many others. Your network is just too unreliable.

    @O2 Your customer service team is shocking. Trying to submit an insurance claim on an iPad that’s died through no fault of my own. First I’m told that because I can’t power on the device and get the IMEI I have to wait for this to come via email by the end of today….

    @O2 Then, to speak to a supervisor, I have to wait 48-72 hours! What should be a convenient and quick process that I have been paying £14 a month for is now being drawn out by your inept “Customer service” team.

    @o2 Hi - the signal coverage for data in paddock wood inside & outdoors is poor to unusable. Additionally, response time in London for data is v slow. Are any improvements in the pipeline? Pls persuade me why I shouldn’t move elsewhere.
