Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

The phone does not work on any network as it’s blocked. It really frustrating as I cannot use the phone Can you please help me urgently.

Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!
