@O2 This is fascinating. However, most of the time the IVR doesn’t even work. You have no idea who I am as my number isn’t on your network, and then I end up in a 30 minute queue, and get hung up on when answered. What’s the point? Just make it easier

@O2 has to be by far the worst mobile company going. They have misled myself with regards to 4 new contracts and now I’ve had two credit checks on my name. DON NOT USE THEM. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMAN regarding this.

I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢
