@O2 it is a new card - first direct switched my debt card from visa to mastercard. FD say they can't see a problem, and o2 says they can't see a problem, and i can't top up.

@o2 The very poor network performance all over Bournemouth this week is exactly why I have decided to change networks. Using WiFi is great if you’re near a hotspot, but this shouldn’t be the go to response to cover your poor network availability.

So @virginmedia is down and takes all weekend for them to try get it back but useless as ever, only to find out how shocking @O2 are with 4G. Honestly feel like I’m living in the 90’s with this appalling internet service from both.
