@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

I have a 5G phone but the best signal I can get in my local area is H+. @O2 are there any plans to boost signal around rural areas or should I look to switch?

Ordered a new phone as I’m finally changing networks to @O2. Excitedly waiting for any news and I get a really confusing, almost believable spam email with my reference number on it. Now I’m just checking all my emails panicking. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY BAD PEOPLE.

@O2 The line rental should be timed with activation on the phone it’s quite feasible it’s extremely poor to time it earlier than that ie. on order I would suggest that is not in the customers interest and poor customer service. Oh dear this must be a consistent customer issue

Don't buy an apple watch with @O2 as support is shocking. 5 hours on the phone to at least 5 different people over the last 3 days. Every one of them say something different and still no data. Been with @O2 for at least 8 years but will move on to avoid awful support next time.
