@O2 Disney Plus Activation problems persist. Customer Services reloaded the extra but still have error code 404 page not found. Never received an email or text to activate extra. Have tried activating via the App and Web but nothing..

@O2 been promised a call back today which hasn’t arrived regarding the £700 bill I received yesterday after spending ages chatting to your call agent and chat service and getting wrong info. Why hasn’t this happened again? Can I have an email address to discuss urgently.
