Have spent hours trying to get through to @O2 Customer Services. Now waiting (again), for a call from a Manager to hopefully resolve this issue. If not resolved today, @O2 will be losing a two customers of 30 years plus. Extremely disappointed in @O2

@O2 Had no internet since this morning - had to stand in the cold for 1.5 hours to borrow a local supermarkets wifi. Called o2 customer service and they say ‘wait it out’. Also returned home and no signal at all. Require Internet and signal for my job. Not good enough.

@O2 trying to sort out a sim swap, apparently there is a problem when I put the sim no. in and calling 202 just gets me cut off after a minute or two, can someone help me resolve please?
