    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    I have a 5G phone but the best signal I can get in my local area is H+. @O2 are there any plans to boost signal around rural areas or should I look to switch?

    So now that @virginmedia and @O2 are united as one, will O2 dump their absolutely awful business online account management system, and will my Broadband and mobile accounts become one. Hoping for service integration and a simpler life. (Don't get me started on banking!)

    @O2 trying desperately to report some form of fraud, for a cancelled account. Going round in circles. Had everything from being cut off, transferred to 4 depts, transferred to recorded msg and everything in between. Your service is appalling and I'm no further along

    @O2 when are you gonna sort the data signal in the Aldershot area. 4G is completely unworkable. It’s been going on for months now and is getting beyond unacceptable.

    @O2 Could you explain to me as if I'm an idiot where exactly I go within "My O2" to add VOLTE / WiFi calling. Apparently I need to go to "My Devices". I can't see that anywhere in the app or the website. I honestly don't know why this stuff isn't automatically provisioned.
