    The reasoning @O2 gives that the internet sucks at my home is "the network gets busy sometimes". How tf is that an excuse???

    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    I have a 5G phone but the best signal I can get in my local area is H+. @O2 are there any plans to boost signal around rural areas or should I look to switch?

    @O2 my contract has ended and it’s really hard to get any contact if I Just want to move to a new tariff. #myo2 is not loading and your help line keeps hanging up on me.!

    Hey @O2 it's been almost a month now of not being able to log into priority and after three calls and a visit to a shop it's still not working. They workers in the shop weren't even aware of the issue.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I was in Thailand last year. Even at sea, and away from the coast, I was so surprised to notice that I had a strong signal!

    @kokeshimum @scampaboy @O2 Event venues often have signal jammers to prevent live streaming. Supermarkets are just as bad, use our app to get discounts etc then can’t use it due to metal building and no working WiFi

    @kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.
