@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 Thanks for replying. Just too expensive I’m afraid. Absolutely no issues with the service received over 15 years but difficult to justify staying with you in terms of contract or sim only costs.

@O2 I cancelled two contracts with you two years ago and am still getting billed for one of them. Called on Friday to complain and was told I would receive a callback by Sunday 14th March. Still no response. I cancelled two years ago because of the appalling customer service

Hello @O2 my mobile data is very slow and has been the past 2 days, I’ve reset my iPhone XR a couple of times and still no luck, I performed a diagnostic test on the device and that isn’t the issue, it’s the network.

@O2 because of this Register failed ****, you are not even allowing me to go to the "community" and see if someone there can help me. I keep inputting my mobile number and it is not receiving your links. And your chat people are useless. The phone is "on".
