    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    I have a 5G phone but the best signal I can get in my local area is H+. @O2 are there any plans to boost signal around rural areas or should I look to switch?

    @o2 Everyone i’ve spoken to has said the same. How can it be this bad for this long and an entire town/area affected? We at least want to know that it’s being worked on, or there is no point in being a customer.

    @O2 I sent a letter about a week ago to cancel a new contract under 14 day cooling off period. I have not heard back. Your website will not give me contact details, it just goes round and round in circles. How can I get confirmation of my cancellation? Thanks

    @O2 @Tizer42 This is a joke, not even available for an hour! I'm cancelling my contract and know lots of others who have said the same, it was the only thing keeping me with o2, nice weekly pick me up treat. Last week I went on Thursday and it was already sold out and now thus today!

    @O2 Ive switched my mobile network to 02 from virgin when i try to text to another ipone they are not going through nor do i receive text messages from another iPhone

    @O2 day 7 still no call back from a manger was told 24 to 48 hrs work hours way past that . Shocking customer service .

    @O2 Data signal in Nantwich CW5 has been crap for 6+ months now, signal checker says you know it is and you’re working on it. When? Its unusable, have to constantly disable/enable data just to get a tiny bit to load twitter, and i know others are the same.

    @O2 Old number is Pay As You Go, never received any confirmation. I tried the form both ways, as one would keep sending me back to the homepage.
