@O2 As I said, @O2, I need a phone signal for inbound calls that a redirected to my mobile. Your mast is faulty, causing me to not be able to do my job. Why should I pay for a service that isn't being provided. I want this escalating to a manager please, awful customer service

@umbreon3000 @O2 Similar issue here - our O2 account was fraudulently hacked, new phones ordered, 3 extra direct debits created, new subscriptions etc taken out almost a month ago and no contact whatsoever from O2’s fraud team! Totally unacceptable. Way below industry standards on fraud O2!
