    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.

    Hi @O2 Please can you provide an email address to make a complaint to? I've tried using the online form and it keeps saying there is a technical error and to try later. I suspect there is a character limit, but this isn't confirmed on the page. Thank you

    Seriously fed up with @O2 - constantly sending me back and forth, with making a payment, one minute it’s not on their system, the next I receive letters asking for payment, and when you get in contact, they don’t help and brush you off - this has been going on for months!!

    @O2 need to really sort out there app and website can never load anything up as it always comes up with to many redirects might have to think about moving to a new network
