    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    Why can’t you send out a presale code like everyone else does for presale tickets rather than asking your shambles of a website to do 10 things before you can even login which fails so you got to do it again and again. Absolute shambles as per @O2 @peterkay_co_uk
