    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    @crazydodo79 @O2 Completely agree! I get mostly 3G in a lot of locations and it doesn’t work whatsoever. If I wasn’t locked into a contract I’d leave. Looks like many others are having the same problem.

    @Jet247 @crazydodo79 @O2 I have raised this so many times and 02 don't even respond. Can hardly get 4g anywhere where there is people around in SW England. The network is congested. Had enough now tbh, just swapped my son to Vodafone based network and he seems happy , my sim just arrived! Bye 02

    @O2 arrived in France and no internet . I set this package up before I left Uk . Impossible to get through to you ! Come on been with you for years and this is poor . Need the internet for travelling in France ! I’ve tried everything

    @O2 I've been a customer of yours since I was 16. I've gone to collect my upgrade in store but not allowed to take it cos I have no passport or license. I have nhs ID and my student ID which even has my DOB on!!! Ridiculous
