@O2 It's started in Wrexham, took me 20 miles before Spotify got an internet connection. Stopped in Chester for a while, full 4G signal but no internet connection. Now at my mother's on WiFi. I only want to listen to music when out and about. Not a lot to ask for at £50pm

@O2 So it worked once on Chrome on iOS (14.1) and then reverted to the same behaviour as Safari of not working. Opening using new tab (Chrome) or in background (Safari) does work though. I honestly can’t see the point of locking users out of the app if they can’t use iOS 14.5 though?

I can honestly say that when my @o2 contract is up I will never buy another @o2 device again. In the dozen or so times I’ve had to speak to customer services they have never once made the process painless and things ALWAYS go wrong. Details are always lost and records missing.

@JATHOM1 @O2 O2 are a disgrace on the phone, calls aren’t recorded, they cut you off and don’t listen to you. The ONLY good customer service I’ve received from company was its Twitter account. The only employees who wanted to help my uncle have access to his phone whilst having radiotherapy.

@O2 Hi can you explain why my son is waiting 3 days for his new phone to be reconnected with his old number. Left now without ANY service, and paying handsomely for the privilege. Who knew a lost phone would take over a WEEK to sort. Ridiculous
