    @O2 I was speaking to them. 7 days to get a phone out. Told literally everyday, it'll be tomorrow. And every day told there's an issue. Advised an xs is on the way, because the SE is out of stock. Then told an SE is being sent. Still never received a a notification for delivery

    @O2 Yes I've rebooted my phone I've also been on the 02 status checker and this its saying there's an issue with the mast, I can't even call 02 as my phone says "Network Not Available" can you find out what's happening please, thanks

    @O2 @Apple Please please think twice about being with O2 we are long term customers who have had a problem changing over sims it’s been 5 days now without my husbands phone all we keep being told is there working on it can’t detail the problem . Don’t even off a solution or short term fix

    @Kirrstyx3 @O2 Jesus made a massive mistake the network is awful I switched 18 months ago and struggled for signal ever since if I was you opt out of the contract you have 28 days if not get use to no signal

    Is it just me or has @O2 4g signal gone naff recently?? 3 bars and can access bugger all internet on my phone!!
