Well @O2 made a right bleeding shambles of priority booking. Despite their app being down all day, they managed to sell out of all the priority tickets that no one could get on line to buy?

@TheRedDevil2022 @O2 The app was never gunna work. You had to be logged into gigs and tours before 10am. Then if you typeed into Google "gigs and tours o2 priority... and the name of venue you wanted, it took you straight to the site for tickets.

@O2 Absolutely shambles just like everything else you do, the entire company I work for is on o2 business. Everyone of us has been trying since it open at 10am and no one has even got on to the website never mind get tickets. Network is useless and priority is pointless
