    @CPWTweets @O2 I am have been missed sold a product by CPW and neither o2 or CPW is taking any responsibility. I have been over charged for a year and both you parties blame each other and dont solve my problem

    @O2 so I recontract with you for another 24 months yesterday and today have no phone signal all day. Told to keep refreshing my network settings and nothing! Can’t call you as have no signal using your messaging service but the wait is ridiculous help please!!!!!

    @O2 I have contacted customer services a lot of times and I'm having no success, I need a proof of purchase to prove to samsung that I have recently upgraded so I can take advantage of the £150 Google play offer, TWICE I have been told I will receive the doc in 24 hrs Pls help
