@O2 Shocking service from this company! Sold a contract with No Phone. Blaming 3rd parties for the mistake but happy to run hard searches on your credit report, Bill you and take money from you! When people are at home vulnerable and need their phones to communicate.

Gotta say @O2 - your upgrade "deals" are so ridiculously expensive, there is literally zero reason for me to stay as a customer instead of just going to another network for a much better and cheaper outcome. 👎

Don't bother recycling your phone in an upgrade as a valued customer. My device 12mth old - reduced from £331 to £62. I challenged it no response after being promised. @O2 evidently making its money now from scamming honest customers. Order num 3106810 if you want to sort it @O2

After over 20 years of loyalty I am officially saying goodbye to @VodafoneUK! New phone order direct from @Apple and new SIM card from @O2. Saving over £20 a month & maybe I will get to deal with a real person if I have an issue rather than the worlds most annoying bot TOBI!!
