@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@O2 @LindopSmart My son is self employed and relies on his mobile for work. On Tuesday he lost all signal. I checked your status app and it said mast repairs but should be sorted by Sat. Disgraceful. He cant call u as no signal. He wants compensation. ss11 postcode. I came off #O2 after 20 years

@O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

@O2 your signal is a joke. 5 places I have 4g and can't get anything to load. Wellingborough Kettering Markham vale Brackley I am sure there has been others but that's just today!!!
