@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

  • HungerfordMC Mark Cusack (@HungerfordMC) reported from Hungerford, England

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@kiasazand @splodders @O2 Dear Vodafone I have been your customer since 1996 and I would ask you not to advertise on GBN other wise I will have to consider moving to another provider

  • akapoo11 Amish Kapoor (@akapoo11) reported

@O2 - just got a pay monthly sim. Your online form to port number did not work so called customer service which was not easy to get through. Now, trying to add Disney plus extra and unable to do it online. It has frustrating experience so far ....

@albagubrath10 @StopFundingHate @O2 What an idiot. They aren’t even on air yet. Stop making stuff up.

  • snavenai Ian Evans (@snavenai) reported

@GStebson @DeScrappycat31 @O2 They're not the only networks. Phone Coop usually do well with ethical advertising. In the hypothetical situation that *every* company advertised on GB News (which they'd be insane to) you'd pick the one who used them least or were first to pull support.

@O2 at the moment i use your phone service, great staff in Leicester. But if you advertise on tv for hate i will change #DontFundGBNews

  • CockneyJudas Cockney Judas (@CockneyJudas) reported

Hi @o2 I’ve never used another provider since I started using a mobile phone. I won’t hesitate leaving for a second if I know that you’re advertising on GB News though. Thanks #DontFundGBNews

  • chrisk_hw Chris K #FBPE #Rejoin #3.5% (@chrisk_hw) reported

@DariaHassQT @thewoodleysaint @O2 Pissed off at you, uses jargon thinking they are insults but aren’t. So I guess he thinks it not OK for you to send protest tweets and cancel culture his timeline where he retweets his anger at elephants being abused to provide rides for tourists. Hes allowed cancel culture 🤔

  • nerradjeel Darren J Lee (@nerradjeel) reported

@O2 Hello @O2. I'm a Iongtime customer and sincerely hope that you are not planning to advertise on GB News at any point. My customer loyalty relies on this, and I will find a appropriate provider if you do. #DontFundGBNews
