@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 Erm - first off - it went on the account - but it cancelled the 6 months version that had more than 3 months left… secondly - confusion? Surely you do have proof readers? Finally - still can’t talk to a real person via live support - that’s shocking

@O2 Yes I read your piece. I phoned @SouthernRailUK and they didn’t charge me £12.50 for FOUR MINUTES. Sorry @O2 I thought you were going to back me up on this since I’ve been a customer of yours for years. Turned your back on me there very fast.
