@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

@O2 @suptoxi I've sent numerous dms and you've checked my postcode and everything is 'fine', except it's not as 4g signal keeps switching to H or H+ every few mins. Only been a customer for a couple of weeks. Not impressed.

@O2 Anything?... Woodford Green. Every single time I've checked network status past few months it tells me there's a "problem with a mast". Seems to make zero difference to the service. Got a message last week saying it was "fixed". Are these lies? Does anyone know? Anyone?..

@O2 super frustrated. I am in Europe and data rooming is not on, causing me proper inconvenience. For days I am trying to call your customer service number (as with no internet there isn’t any way???) and the number is constantly busy…doesn’t even connect. Proper let down 👎
