    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 I called 8/3/23 to cancel my acct. I asked for my cancellation fee in writing your agent put me on hold & never returned. 35 mins waited and then hung up! I will not pay a penny until someone gets in touch and my cancel notice should be from today!

    @O2 hi, last month I had limited use of data because of network issues in my area which you said you were fixing (still no updates and still causing problems). I paid a month for no service or bad network. What are you doing about this?!

    @O2 how can I cancel my contact with you. Basically you lied about the phone I have and the problems it's having. That you totally know about but still sell the phone with it's problems. And no 50% off my bill next does jack to solve the problems

    @theroyalfactor @O2 Have never yet used one of those signal checkers that was remotely accurate. 5G is very spotty here too, but 4G is mostly ok so I’m not too fussed.

    I was told that all the problems with oppo have been sorted. It was not. I got in touch with oppo and there was indeed a problem with the @O2 network with oppo. The problem phone's oppo highlighted was the oppo pro Reno 8 and the flip and other few phones.

    So @O2 will disable your account for no reason and without telling you, you call to get it re-enabled, raise a complaint and silence. Chase for an update on my complaint and get told that is is being dealt with internally and I will not be informed of the outcome 1/2
