    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    Appalling cust. service this morning from @O2. Thursday's call to you seems to have been a waste of my time. According to you today my order is complete & tracking info from DPD has disappeared. Still no phone. Now waiting for an "investigation"... as per Thursday's conversation.

    @O2 Not yet, old phone still has signal and is receiving texts and calls. She received a message that said something about a pin but nothing that directly said the sun swap was successful, when should she have received that? Her nearest O2 shop is 20 miles away so not easy to pop in

    @O2 I have been trying to call you all day and spent nearly 2.5 hours in the queue trying to get through and finally when I did you cut me off !!! Pls can someone call or contact me pls regarding lost SIM card. Just joined o2 and not the best service !!

    @O2 How long until service is reconnected after paying a late bill? I paid on Thursday, was cut off three hours after paying, and still am cut off. All calls go to the payment line which says the balance I owe is £0.00. It's been over 48hrs since payment cleared

    Over a week without any signal and mobile Internet access from @O2 in Middleton. Not just calls/texts but I can't use PayPal to buy Xmas presents since two type verification is bloody needed!

    @O2 placed order to upgrade contract to be told out of stock. Was advised to cancel for something in stock, only for this to be the case again and AGAIN! Then Assured in stock and delivery within a week, now 2 weeks and 3 orders later and being advised still out of stock.😭

    @itsmattsharratt @O2 Mine is the same. Tried 5 browsers. Three separate devices. The website as far as I am aware is just not working.
