@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

I’ve received some of the worst customer service in my life over the past 6 days from @O2 I bought 2 pairs of AirPods, a charger and a new iPhone 16Pro Max on the 28/8/25, for delivery on 29/8/25 as of 2pm today 3/9/25 it still hasn’t been delivered and nobody on live chat, DM

@O2 Hi I have had TEO TICKETS raised to investigate the reason I cannot access my O2 accpunt via the APP. No contact No resolution but still take the money. I ahev been an O2 customer for many years and tbis is tbe worse customer service i have seen. Probably due to Virgin Media
