@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@KirstySmith2012 @O2 All I can suggest is keep your phone on silent. Not great advice but sadly the blame lies with your network provider for not blocking these messages on their network

@O2 I have spent a week in the Somerset area and have considered moving to the area. If I do, unless I want to cut myself off, I will have change networks. No phone signal and network coverage, extremely intermittent. My companions on other networks, do not seem to have issues!

@TimiArmstrong @AyoShonaiya @O2 You try sha! He tweeted around 10:22am and O2 replied 10:39am that it’s not sold out! O2 confirm around 9:30Pm that “Although we had a slight issue, no tickets were sold out until 6pm” So how did your influencer get his own sold out by 10:22am??

@GorillaoJustice @O2 It was always patchy in Oxfordshire when I lived there. No signal within half a mile of home, none in parts of Oxford city. Now live in Devon and it’s a LOT worse. Not helpful when banks want to text a OTP for online banking and no text available.
