Clan MacArthur (@dalotos) reported@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Customer care is appalling and trying to leave is a terrible customer experience. You can't cancel contract online. It has cost me hours (days for a confirmation email) and once you get through to the disconnection dep. (3x), there's no guarantee you won't have to go do it again.
