@O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

Hi @O2, Is there any way of being released from my 24-month contract early without a early exit fee? I have 9 months left. I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving, as I very rarely get a decent signal anywhere.

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 been a customer for 13 years and thanks to the shocking rise I will be cancelling next month. Rather pay off the last of my contract early and go else where then pay this ridiculous rise. Biggest greedy mistake you have made.
-

Well what can I say, got an email from @O2 upping my contract payments in April, so thought I was going to leave. After talking to them I have a fab new contract and a new IPhone 14 on a 24 month contract… amazing customer service.

@O2 (Gareth Turpin) very disappointed that you want to hike up my contract by 17.3%. Using RPI which is discredited by the ONS to get a bigger increase. You well know that inflation is decreasing. Very poor customer service!
-
Kirsty Fisher
(@corpsybride86) reported
Hey @O2 I would like to know how you can justify a 17.3% increase on my bills when not a week currently goes by without you messaging me to say the network isn't working in my area! Absolute con artists! Although your CCO has the right surname? I hope he wears a mask too!!

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Nice one virgin adding things to a contract that you never mentioned at the start absolutely disgusting. Being trying to cancel the contract with you for months then you got a cheek to say you need 30 days. Joke of a company !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@BCantona7 @O2 Surely this would mean that the terms of the original contract have changed and is no longer legally valid? In theory people could cancel their contracts?

@O2 can someone assist me with a £40 bill I’ve had calling 02, unknowingly being charged whilst spending hours on wait setting up a new contract with you and having to phone numerous times as the phone never arrived neither did the sim so I had to phone from a different phone.
