@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

  • uzi_mc
Keith Merriman (@uzi_mc) reported from Wootton, England

@O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

Tammy Gorst (@Tottyuk) reported from Lambourn, England

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

  • HungerfordMC
Mark Cusack (@HungerfordMC) reported from Hungerford, England

@O2 I hit like but I am on your 12 month upgrade which never happened before.

@O2 customer service has been shocking. My poor mum been without a phone for 4 weeks now! Yous keep promising to sort issue and phone me back as you can't phone her phone and I'm still waiting!! But your still charging her!!! #disgusting

  • SeanTobin1997
    Sean Tobin (@SeanTobin1997) reported

@O2 No, I ended my contract and you continue to bill me even though I wasn’t a customer. So I contacted the bank to claim the funds back and every time I tried to contact you to resolve the situation you couldn’t find my information because I was no longer a customer.

  • JCyberSec_
    Jake | JCyberSec_ (@JCyberSec_) reported

@KirstySmith2012 @O2 All I can suggest is keep your phone on silent. Not great advice but sadly the blame lies with your network provider for not blocking these messages on their network

  • lovedaniella
    Danai (@lovedaniella) reported

@O2 I got a Wizkid presale ticket email for tomorrow...and not today now it's sold out?!..would the link in the email for tomorrow still be valid and direct me to 02 as a priority customer for tickets?

  • SeanTobin1997
    Sean Tobin (@SeanTobin1997) reported

@O2 You then sent my information to a debt collector but you have no right to these funds as I am not a customer and every time I contact you it's too complex for an advisor to resolve.

  • helenbick79
    Bickers (@helenbick79) reported

@O2, Hi there, I can't seem to load the Disney+ discount. Is someone able to help? I have a screen shot with the error message if you need it

  • PersephoneMcIn2
    Persephone (@PersephoneMcIn2) reported

@O2 usually pay £85/month for 2 phone contracts…have done on these for a long time. Yet you’re taking £199 from me this month for this! How does one address this. Have never got your app to work. #customerservice

  • tm_hatton
    🚮™️🛂 (@tm_hatton) reported

@O2 why is your 4g so bad paying £53 for something that doesn’t deliver a service didn’t sign up for that surly the ombudsman can get me out of my contract.

  • ZephSib
    Zeph (@ZephSib) reported

@O2 trying to make an additional payment for your device, is literally the most frustrating thing you can do on O2..... 5 days later I give up after being told by an customer agent that they I have made 8 payments in the last 8 months doesn't exist 🤔☹

  • JCyberSec_
    Jake | JCyberSec_ (@JCyberSec_) reported

@ljhew86 @O2 Don't use static domain blocks. This is too slow. You need to create a rule to detect this traffic dynamically based on patterns and other fingerprints Dynamic analysis is how you should block Static block lists have a place but not against these fast flux threats.
