    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    Seriously @O2 what have you done? Go to sign into Virgin O2 media page to get my phone bill and get "we have moved this page" and then back to login screen. no one to contact, no way to get in touch?! Time to switch phone providers? Can't even log on to my account! Frustrating

    @devilscustard @O2 I hope your friend gets her money back. I have been on their 202 line today trying to sort something and they were utterly useless. I don't need telling every 15 seconds (I counted) they are very busy, whilst listening to the same few bars of jazz on loop. Customer = gone! @O2
