@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 I’ve been trying to get my PAC code the last week. 1st was told it’ll be email to me, but never received email. Call few times, either your call centre person was unable to give it over the phone or hung up on me. What’s going on??!!

@KateLoveTheatre That's rubbish of the staff member, sounds like he couldn't be bothered. I had an O2 staff member in store say their machine was broken to do a data transfer on my phones years ago once he found out what phone I had so definitely lied. @O2 sort out your staff's attitudes please

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live I had my @O2 phone stolen at a gig. Their local shop was very helpful in sorting out blocking etc. All service I'd expect. What I didn't expect was the #O2Surprise package, including a personalised t-shirt from one of my favourite bands. At a time of upset, it really did help.
