@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

Are you KIDDING me @O2!? Feb 14th: I order a s21 that was IN STOCK, but I receive an email saying it's out of stock. After a week waiting I cancel the upgrade so I can order a phone that is in stock. (1)

Then to make it worse I go on @O2 website to track my order there to be told they are still waiting on stock? - when you try and call through you get 10000 answers. This is gone past the point of being stupid, now it’s stressing me out!
