NEVER set up a direct debit with @O2, they just took £775 from my bank unauthorised and without notice. They will do **** all to correct it

@O2 customer service heeelllp. New phone giving the error message: SIM not provisioned for voice. I have turned it on and off and taken the SIM out and in. I cannot make or receive any calls and am unable to log into myO2 to ask for online support.

Awful customer service. Agents are rude and unhelpful- cold transfer calls meaning I have to repeat myself to 6 people the SAME THING . @O2
