    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @paullewismoney @O2 11.7% increase, 7.8% RPI (the higher of the 2 inflation figures) plus 3.9%, but only for those who entered a new contract since March 21…so those who it is too expensive to terminate. Absolutely outrageous when everyone is struggling.

    @O2 Hi, I've been made aware of the first thing, my problem is still the second thing. I ordered it to be delivered today, over 3 weeks ago. That why I preordered it. Do you even have an estimate date? I shouldn't have to be waiting passed ym promised date
