  @O2 @virginmedia So if I get an issue with one account I get an issue with both accounts Got locked out my virgin account due to a scammer on o2 Takes days to unlock and then the scammer is back and they lock it down again Going round in circles with their poor service

  @O2 I’ve been trying to cancel a pay as u go contract my son had for over a year now still paying £25 a month for a phone he hasn’t got not getting anywhere fast keep getting pushed from pillar to post how hard can it be to terminate a contract 😡😡

  Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

  @kokeshimum @O2 I live in Bolton but support Huddersfield. I've stopped taking my phone to matches because the signal is so bad. The DAB signal for Radio Leeds is appalling as well.
