    @O2 had poor signal for over 3 months with O2 @EE was never an issue. Person via DM has told me the network in my area is “busy” and I’ve been “unlucky” with this. No help. #o2 #1starcustomerservice

    @O2 I’ve raised it repeatedly throughout the four mistaken days I’ve been with you. I’ve spent more time chatting to your dire customer service than my own family, friends, and pets. In fact, I’ve just finished a 40 minute call. Not even my first of the day.

    @O2 I can now see why you wanted to take this private, spent £2k plus with you at midday, three hours later a customer service representative is verbally laughing at us over the phone because the sims haven’t transferred. 🙄

    @O2 @Apple appauling customer service at the Nottingham O2 shop. Just needed to buy a replacement iPhone phone for my very ill mum!! Tried to overcharge me in order to change my contract! Would like to discuss this further! Thank goodness @johnlewishelp was next door. V helpful!

    @tiffstevenson @O2 This is why I insist on buying unlocked phones so I can buy a cheap-*** SIM when I get somewhere my network doesn't cover. Thought this crap was a thing of the past though. Seems not.
