@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

Time to cancel my @EE contract and head back to @O2 if they go ahead with the new EU roaming charges. Obviously the large amount of money they get every month through my business contract isn't enough for them haha.

@LBC @O2 said the same thing once now they are capping the data limit and charging if you go over a certain amount. Time to switch networks. To get you to stay they say one thing and once you’re sign up they don’t give a **** about you after.

I see that @O2 have merged with @virginmedia and I now think that it's now time to move my o2 mobile contract to someone new, o2 have been excellent over the years but I have had bad dealings in the past with virgin media they are completely hopeless.

@O2 Please clarify the situation for your customers in Northern Ireland regarding your intro of EU roaming charges for UK citizens. When near the UK/Ireland land border in N. Ireland the network frequently switches to an EU network even when you are still miles inside the UK.
