@O2 please can you justify a £49 charge to call Australia for 19 minutes? I used my partners phone as I had no signal and needed to call o2 to enable Wi-Fi calling. While he does not have the international bolt on like me, I was shocked to find out the charge. this is exorbitant.

@O2 DM sent. I never installed the sims and cancelled immediately when O2 could not provide what you needed for my family. I have the chat conversation as proof of cancellation. don’t know how you can charge me for something never used and cancelled within the same day of sim receipt
