@O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

@O2 Saw the gigs and tours ‘hack’ on Twitter during the early afternoon, but I’m guessing the tickets were long gone by the time it was taken down. Lots of time and effort wasted. Really poor experience and those responsible seem to just be shrugging their shoulders. 2/2.

@peterkay_co_uk Really isn’t fair that people were using a hack to get priority tickets. I tried consistently since 9.20, 8+ hours and nothing! @peterkay_co_uk @o2 should cancel tickets that were purchased by hack/cheat and put back up in general sale

@O2 So O2 are unable to follow simple instructions and as a result have cancelled my mobile phone connection instead of my Apple Watch connection. Furthermore they then cut me off whilst waiting in a queue for over 20 minutes to speak to customer services at 20:00.
