@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

Hi @O2 I am having trouble registering With your app. I am getting the one time code and the security text but when I put the code in it says it timed out and to send another code. I’ve tried both the app and your website. Same problem. Any ideas?

@O2 I understand the need to have a response like this but when a customer has been trying to sort out new contracts and has been passed from pillar to post, with some of the most unhelpful staff, this response does not fill me with confidence.

@O2 Help I’m trying to set up the Disney+ £5.99 a month deal but when I log in all I’m getting is whoops we can’t show this deal right now. I’ve promised the kids they can have Disney+ over the holidays and beyond so they’ll be really disappointed if we can’t have it.
