@O2 getting absolutely hacked off with the level of signal and the fact people can't get through to me and nothing is coming up on missed calls, then hours and hours later my texts and voicemails appear! Ex8 1pe area! And don't tell there's no problem as there is!

@O2 spent 1 hour 15minutes on customer contact line 202 yesterday. Simply to transfer O2 contracts - expired! Talked to 4 different people (3 based abroad) - went through ‘security check’ 4 times!! Been a customer for years - NOT GOOD ENOUGH - CRAP SERVICE Communications Coy? 🙄

@O2 Never take selfies ... but I cant even use my phone for calls because you're demanding a payment which you already took from my bank over a week ago. & trying to navigate "Customer Services" impossible. The worst system I've ever encountered, yet from a "Communications" Company.
