    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 sometime ago I complained about lack of 3G and 4G in the MK43 0PS area. It’s still no better. To help locate the What3words reference is ///stalemate.take.drifting Please rectify

    @O2 @WShearer Can people help more swiftly with DM messages? I too tried the chat many times this morning which still isn’t working. Tried DM on here and been waiting over an hour. I can’t currently use my phone to make or receive calls so really keen to have help please.

    @O2 have just switched from 3, so far waiting 6 days for my number to transfer over. Just been told they have no idea when this will happen. Terrible service, concentrate on your customers not your advertising! Disgusted

    @O2 Getting hold of someone is impossible. Made an appt for someone to call me this morning and not even had that. I’ve cancelled my direct debits so unless you want paying you’d better pull your socks up! I’ve been a loyal customer for years as well, so disappointed!

    It’s impossible to contact @O2. Chasing them for our discount to be applied and never heard back. Tried to contact then on all options but they’re always ‘too busy’. Awful service.
