    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 customer service is terrible. I placed an order for a phone on 29th November, still not been sent. After 3 days trying to speak to someone, finally get through and then put through to another department. Just left hanging on phone for 20 mins. Do you want my business or not??

    @O2 1hr 30minutes on phone to customer services . The third representative I spoke with from Cancellation team cuts me off but not before accepting the line is disconnected - so why are you still taking the direct debit ? She never called back despite having my mobile number

    @O2 I bought two products on 2/12/21. Yesterday received email that your products are ready to be pick. When I went there there is just leaflet in Courier. I called customer care he said that I collected the order. Then he rang o2 store he confirmed it’s leaflet. Still no deliver
