Just walked into your Oxford City Centre store and immediately walked out again purely because a member of your staff ignored me and went straight to another customer who arrived after me . . . #GreatServiceThere #JustSaying @O2

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

@O2 received 4 calls and a text today telling me I hadn't paid my direct debit and would be charged £3.50 - even though you took my payment and then refunded it. Shocking to penalise customers for your mistake when the customer service agent admitted it was a widespread problem.
