@O2 It's a weird coincidence then, happened more than once and if it keeps happening then I'll have to switch one provider because I need data if broadband is down. Seems ok today thanks. So, was there a problem yesterday? Because it was hours before it worked properly

@virginmedia I recently got a Stream box but am unsure what I should do with my current subscriptions to Netflix and Disney+. I get the latter as part of my @o2 Pay Monthly contract. Do I need to cancel both services and then restart them on Stream? Please help!
