@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

Great. As of today there is ZERO mobile coverage on @O2 here. SIM tested in 4x phones so phone not at fault. Tested elsewhere and I get a usable signal so not the SIM either. The coverage map says we should get good 4G indoors and out. Never have done. Even 3G would do me.
