    @O2 What about fix the mobile network in my area so if someone calls me it doesn't randomly disconnect, meant to have good indoor and outdoor coverage

    @O2 are your staff trained to hang up on customers (twice!) when they call to pay bills after being in a call queue for 30 minutes each time??
