    @O2 Sorted it thanks.I have another issue now.I was sure I changed my address when I moved in 2019.Just ordered a phone but my bill needs to have my current address as proof.I've changed it now but can't wait a month for it to show the correct address.Can anything be done about this?

    @O2 make sure you message your customers with the full charges of O2 travel! Don't leave them to pick up a bill of over £100 let them fid out and then offer to help and then blame you when you think you have the same benifits as home. Ofcom here I come and a new network
