  @O2 The problem was reported on day one when the sim card was received - one month later still fighting the brokers and network to cancel the contract given no signal. Anyone at O2 want to try and help us out without directing me to another social media site ?

  @O2 I run a charity feeding people and kids in need and ordered 4 phones with O2. Three perfect but mine has no signal. The problem was reported on day one - one month later still fighting to cancel the contract given no signal. Anyone at O2 want to try and help us out ?

  @O2 just upgraded my phone had nothing but problems last few days getting a signal rebooted my phone still nothing not impressed

  @O2 I’ve been trying to cancel my insurance for a couple days now. The phone line cuts out on me once it’s established it’s not about fraud and the live chat always has a message saying no agents are available. Where should I go to resolve this?

  @O2 Help! I got a new tarrif with you where you sent a new sim. I spoke to an agent online who swapped it all over and cancelled my old one but suddenly it appears to have changed itself back and now people are getting texts from the number I don’t want! Live chat isn’t working.
