Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

Red Steve (@Steve_Red_Beard) reported@GrantRustique @O2 I will try a full system wipe , then move my O2 physical SIM to esim again , then that frees up the SIM tray for my EE physical SIM , then at least I've got a fresh system as well as both Sims active in case one has a yawn and slows down or drops connection.

Which is fine, but today I've almost done it 3 times trying to change my music volume. Now deactivated it. How about making this free?
