    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 sometime ago I complained about lack of 3G and 4G in the MK43 0PS area. It’s still no better. To help locate the What3words reference is ///stalemate.take.drifting Please rectify

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 trying to move from EE to an O2 monthly SIM card for a while. O2 have managed to mess up 2 cards thus far & we now have to visit the shop yet again to sort this out. Is customer service always this poor & inconvenient??! It’s usually so simple to change & keep your number.

    @O2 why did you send our new phones via a courier known to be having delays right now? customers for 20+ years and this is the worst service we’ve ever received. 2 phones should have arrived 22nd dec. as soon as DPD sent me an update they delayed delivery until further notice
