Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

You are using O2 since 2005 without problems.Then in 2022 suddenly you can't call and send SMS to your landlords' number as it shows it's not the right.He can call and send me SMS without any problem.The O2 webchat doesn't exist for Pay-Go customer
