@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

@O2 @vodafone @EE None of your departments are willing to support so that doesn’t surprise me! Keep the discrimination alive! 50 minutes on hold and then your customer service reps disconnect fantastic job guys 🙏 FB and insta bots refuse to help also. OFCOM it is
