    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 absolutely discusting service, cut both mine and partners phones off despite me paying my bill on the 11th and my partners not due until the 23rd. Cant ring them either as they've restricted both our phones!!!! Waiting 2 hours for someone to message me back on the myo2 app.

    @O2 That feels very “It’s your own fault love, deal with it!” which is fairly dreadful on your part. I just don’t understand how @SkyUK can offer me a much better deal & there’s no reward for loyalty as a long standing customer with you.
