@MarkEvansO2 @O2 What does a customer actually have to do to speak to a manager at o2? Have made 16 calls since 1st July, had phone put down on me, promised call backs which NEVER happened & when I said I'd leave o2 told to 'do as you please'...all by o2 staff. O2 you've lost it

@O2 my SIM is, once again, NOT WORKING, after having revived a signal for the last 18 hours! Yep, 8 hours out of what’s now 13 days. This is TERRIBLE service and let’s you down. More to the point it continues to disrupt my business and my personal life. PLEASE, sort this out!

I find @O2 incredibly difficult to deal with both on the telephone and on the website, nobody is interested in helping. Apart from going into a shop to spend money. Absolutely rubbish service outside of this.
