    Terrible customer service from @o2 I've had a new phone 3 days and been unable to use it for 2 of them. I can't even phone your customer as my sim isn't registered on network. 19 hours to reply to my first message. Is it too late to cancel

    @MarkMowbrayNE @vodafone @O2 I think you’d be lucky to find any provider who covers Northumberland successfully. Rothbury area for example has terrible coverage. Vodafone hasn’t upgraded their coverage there in over a decade, my mother still has to stand on her driveway to get a signal.

    Brilliant customer service by @O2 , no service for 6 weeks and no refund or partial refund because “ as in the terms and conditions we can’t guarantee fault free service “ get fault free service but paying for no service !!!!

    @O2 I’ve rang to cancel insurance 2 months ago and it’s not been cancelled. I rang about this last month and was told it would be cancelled ASAP. I’ve rang last week and I’ve been told the same thing yet the service has still not been cancelled.
