@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

@O2 Feeling a little aggrieved about how you can justify an above inflation price rise, given that these blanket rises are adding to the inflation problem? On top of that, where I work (Bath) the coverage is really, really poor?! (And has been for some time despite reporting it)

@O2 hi, I tried to pay my bill through the my o2 app 21st feb.. stayed in my pending transactions until my bank released the money back to me today as you never retrieved the payment. I've tried to pay my bill again just now and the same thing seems to be happening again
