@O2 @LutzSchueler So the policy is still to play dumb? What happened is that O2 co-developed a payment system that was exploitable by scammers. Customers had money stolen directly from their accounts and O2 refused to help.

@O2 I grabbed a code on Tuesday and have tried to use it today (13th) for a booking tomorrow but the code has disappeared?? It says I’ve used it but I haven’t. Never happened before? Is there a way to check what’s happened to it?

What is it with @O2 and signal levels lately. Past few weeks they’ve been appalling and my 4G barely working properly. According to their website though, nothing is wrong 🙃🙃
