@O2 Tried manual selection on Verizon, AT&T and others - networks where people stood next to me have had excellent signal at the same time. Tried resetting all network settings and turning on and off phone. Using iPhone 12 Mini. Scoured o2 website for advice - nothing useful

@O2 just had a scam phone call from someone pretending to be you trying to give me 50% off. But once I said that you never phone you just text and this is a scam they put the phone down. Just thought you should now.

@O2 Hi, I transferred my number from Giffgaff to you. Since the transfer my iMessage isn’t working. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turning iMessage on and off but nothing seems to work. When I was with giffgaff I never had any problems with my iMessage.

Outrageous service by @O2 . Called on 4 separate occasions to try to cancel my contract and cut off by the line every single time. All while I’m being charged for cancelling without calling! A joke of a customer service, absolute joke.
