@O2 Data and texts used to work, phone calls never did. Now after recent roaming reset on your side the data is gone now too. Basically can’t connect to any network *anywhere* in the country (it’s not location or signal problem). Once again - different sim (not O2), same phone,all OK

@O2 your customer service sucks - walk into the store in Swindon told hour wait to be seen in an empty store. Then 3 walk ins off the street seen before me without being put in the queue sort it out!!!

@O2 Hi O2, I need your help. @virginmedia sold me a broadband deal and signed me up to a SIM card/contract with yourselves, which I specifically said I did not want. Virgin have confirmed they did this and have apologised, but need the sim cancelling urgently (activated on 18th)

@O2 I signed up for a contract 5 days ago. I paid you your £30 upfront fee for a new iPhone and have not heard anything since. When I try sign in it says still under review and can take 48 hours - NOT FIVE DAYS! I have sent you three pm on Twitter already. No reply! What's Up?
