    @O2 I'm getting a little frustrated with your app. Trying to get my billing address details keeps sending me in a loop telling me to sign in, and the choices I have for the upgrade offer are out of stock with no options to reserve or find or arrange a collection. Please help.

    @O2 No I have not dropped it, The only water it has been exposed to is rain and for a supposedly water proof phone I don’t think water damage could be a concern.
