@O2 please can someone sort my poor signal issues. I keep reporting via the the app and you say I’m in busy area. Surely there is something you can do? I live near Gatwick and not even got 5G. It’s bad enough that my @virginmedia broadband has been down since yesterday!

@O2 What's going on with an ongoing network issue (at least 2 1/2 months now, with no end in sight)? It can sometimes take multiple attempts to establish a call (both incoming and outgoing), and calls drop repeatedly. Help me O2-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!
