@O2 I was spammed. Then defrauded. Went to O2 shop and reported issue. Told Fraud Dept would contact within 2 days. Three further calls to O2 (2O2) and one month later still no Fraud contact and no resolution. Today notice to take another payment. @O2 any chance of sorting?

@altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

.@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

@O2 No. I’ve had my phone for over 3 years but I haven’t upgraded that. I took out a new contract for an iPad, with a SIM card, It should be an addition to my account. It’s been over 24 hours now and my SIM card is still saying no service. Just to confirm this is my iPad airtime plan

@O2 O2 Shame on you , I rang to cancel my contract in October, paid amount owed. Then in November you sent me a bill owing. when I called again, you said o had not cancelled. Cancel it now.with no further changes. You are inefficient and corrupt. My account 1040043374. fed up

@O2 I have reached end of contract with O2 , rang them mid October to cancel my contract, I paid the a month I owed them the remaining month over the phone. They refused to cancelled my account 1040043374. Shame on O2 on £72 charge after the call
