@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

@O2 Hi. I’ve left O2 in September when my contract expired and switched to another provider. I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

Thus, the operators are free to charge what they want with impunity. This is really basic stuff. It’s not something the EU can gift to non members.
