@O2 Hi! Just wondering I have damage insurance on my phone and I’m aware it covers accessories aswell, can you claim for accessories by its self or does it have to be as part of a phone claim too?

  • ilovefluffy
🎃👻💀🙀🧟‍♂️ #booToYou (@ilovefluffy) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

So to be straight: because @O2 have been terrible for over a year, I can’t refresh my phone until after I get back from my Christmas trip! You’re very VERY quickly losing a customer here and I’ve been with o2 for nearly 15 years.

  • farrenciaran
Ciarán (@farrenciaran) reported from Blaydon-on-Tyne, England

Hey @O2! 👋👋👋 You are really starting to make me angry. Why is my internet connection very slow, even when on 4G. I cannot deal withe pausing videos, apps and webpages not loading. Sort it out!

  • fredspoon
philip (@fredspoon) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

Lots of companies doing their bit to help. I got an email from @O2 this morning and how they are helping is allowing people to access the @NHSuk websites without using your data. Whoopy ******* doodle do. I can’t wait it’s like Christmas all over again.

@2bard @intueldonsquare @northumbriapol You're right in normal circumstances, however my phone signal keeps cutting out while @O2 are upgrading to 5G, last week a man had a seizure in front of me and I was getting repeatedly disconnected from the emergency services while trying to get an ambulance.

  • LuckyTony72
Lucky Tony (@LuckyTony72) reported from Hebburn, England

@O2 Got a call bar today. Absolutely shoddy customer service. Also I've waited a minimum of 20 minutes to speak to your alleged customer service agents who appear to be utterly inept to make a simple change.

  • ppayne76
P Tumilty P (@ppayne76) reported from New Brancepeth, England

@O2 how do I cancel Netflix that are extra charges on my number?

  • SgawShaw
Muriel Sgaw (@SgawShaw) reported from Seaham, England

@O2 @EleanorRylance And sack the poor employee?

  • stobbsmeister
Paddy (@stobbsmeister) reported from Seaham, England

@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

  • TCHL
Tim Luckhurst (@TCHL) reported from Durham, England

@O2 I repeat: your customer service is appalling.

  • sarahhunter25
sarah hunter (@sarahhunter25) reported from Durham, England

.@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

  • timlibrarian
Tim Fowler (@timlibrarian) reported from Bearpark, England

I suspect if I cancelled the three direct debits I pay every month to @O2 they’d find time to get in touch with me. Help with setting up a new phone when their online SIM swap is banjaxed, not so much.

  • SophieBur492
Sophie burlinson (@SophieBur492) reported from Sunderland, England

For an iPhone 12 Pro meant to be 5G since November I’ve had this phone. Have i got any signs? Absolutely not. It’s now 3G @O2 bad crack.

  • TommyWinter23
Tommy Winter (@TommyWinter23) reported from Blaydon-on-Tyne, England

@O2 hello. Do you have a link for the “keep my number” form. Website isn’t helping and store said they couldn’t help as already had the SIM card

  • chellehewison
Michelle Hewison (@chellehewison) reported from Whitley Bay, England

@O2 Any issues in the Whitley Bay (NE26) area with mobile signal this weekend? I’ve barely been able to get 3G at times let alone anything else!

  • andyphilipson
Bilbo Gubbins (@andyphilipson) reported from Whitley Bay, England

@O2 Hey I just received a text claiming to be from yourselves saying there’s been a problem processing my bill and gives me a link to update my payment details. Pretty sure it’s fishing as my details haven’t changed. Can you confirm if I DM you a screenshot? Cheers.

  • Donna_xx
Donna_xx (@Donna_xx) reported from Sunderland, England

@O2 is it the normal that I STILL can’t get onto my priority app after it being down for maintenance??

  • Dan05858044
Dan (@Dan05858044) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@O2 literally tried for 3 days to get through to you to see if my address change had gone through. 3 f*cking days. What a heap of crap this service is.

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dannog_8
    Dan (@dannog_8) reported

@O2 why am I paying a fortune a month for a service that is non-existent? Data NEVER works. I have to be connected to the internet via WiFi to be able to use the internet. Disappointed as I’ve been an O2 customer for over 10 years.

  • GreenVapinGiant
    Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported

@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

  • Dan_Roberts21
    Dan Roberts (@Dan_Roberts21) reported

My @O2 signal has been so bad for weeks now, hardly get any now it’s shocking, phone and internet signal for over £60 and can’t use it

  • cryptoesim
    CryptoeSIM.io (@cryptoesim) reported

@ungodlywheesa @O2 That's a bummer! What phone are you using? Most phones from 2020+ support eSIM now. If yours doesn't, it might be time for an upgrade — and when you do, we've got you covered in 190+ countries

  • Jessw1303
    Jess (@Jessw1303) reported

@O2 @Katostevens Another lie, it’s not been working properly for over a week and I already contacted customer service about this multiple times!

  • nickybarrot84
    Nicky B (@nickybarrot84) reported

@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 If this is genuine DO NOT make the switch. Regardless of cost, EE are the mut’s nuts. I moved from o2 because of how simply shocking they are. EE are the best network for a reason. You pay for what you get and on o2, you’ll get nothing !!!

  • Proj65
    Steve Nunn (@Proj65) reported

@O2 @Propermister89 Hi. When I call your support number I am redirected to top up my account. There are no options to get help with activating a new SIM card. Plus the system does not recognize main debit card number, so I cannot top up the account either. The phone number 202 didn't work Help

  • Shel_33x
