My husband & I have been with @O2 for 15 years plus. Can’t believe the terrible service after using them & O2 recycle. 10 phone calls later no further forward. Kept phone & no money. Disgusting 😡

Lots of companies doing their bit to help. I got an email from @O2 this morning and how they are helping is allowing people to access the @NHSuk websites without using your data. Whoopy ******* doodle do. I can’t wait it’s like Christmas all over again.

The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

I suspect if I cancelled the three direct debits I pay every month to @O2 they’d find time to get in touch with me. Help with setting up a new phone when their online SIM swap is banjaxed, not so much.

@O2 you have sent me a Sim eight days late eight days after starting to charge for my bill. The Sim does not work I cannot connect to anybody online. Nobody picks up your phone. Your AI chat is beyond useless and this is a monthly contract now having been without a phone for eight days. Shocking service shocking company. What do you recommend?

@O2 since you changed the way we log in I spend more time trying to log in than I do on your website. its broken for the love of that is good in the world please fix your login. I get an elastic page thats a 404 or a blank page that redirects to your home page but doesnt log in

@O2 Logging in doesn't work on MS Edge. You can log in to the app and through Chrome but unable to see Tech Plans on the app. For the latter situation it's been this way for over a year.
