    @O2 Ahh that would explain it, you’ve taken a mast down. It says you are boosting other masts, but do you know when this will be complete?

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    Hi @O2 I’d like to sort out my signal issues before I fully commit to o2 for another 2 years. I’m having odd issues with my data, and network coverage at home & out & about. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy A50. I have noticed something odd, while trialling sky mobile I’m the same

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

    @O2 @virginmedia Thanks I’ll look into what multi-sim plans you have but the reason I left was due to poor family, multi user based tariffs.

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    Finally spoke to someone at @O2 who were extremely helpful. My only criticism is the initial problem of getting to speak to an actual person on the phone. Great customer service once you get past the automated system that hangs up on you.

    @O2 The problem is with VoLTE switch not appearing for O2 eSIM. It appears for the other physical sim and I didn’t enable it. I want to enable it for O2 because it’s the one I use for data and calls. That link doesn’t help

    @O2 @o2 I really had hoped that as we approached a year to date since the mast issues started, things would have improved. Still having issues in all locations. You sent a text recently saying the mast was being upgraded in July & that it was fixed. I’m at a real loss here now.

    @O2 Currently in Ambleside. Says full 4G but doesn't work at all. And doesn't work at home in Conwy or Llandudno etc

    @madcow42 @ShitChester @O2 Exactly. My phone shows 4G everywhere I go but it never loads anything. Makes my phone redundant in the city centre.
