    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

The leave campaign promised there wasn't going to be roaming charges not the EC, and part of our freedom from the EU means private companies can charge differently for counties not in the EU. You & your corrupt lying pals can just **** off.

    @O2 It's not a change of mind. You don't provide a basic service allowing me to make calls and send texts. I don't live somewhere remote but there is no signal. Not having texts over wifi is a really poor service

    @O2 you’re ***************. My girlfriend cancelled her phone contract in the 14 days cooling off period as the line never worked. She’s contacted you on numerous previous occasions and was told the charge would be dropped and account closed. Today she received another email

    @O2 hey team - apparently I've been billed £168 for calls I made to a company's service centre (overseas). I didn't think that I'd get charged for overseas calls. Make it even worse because I was just on hold for 90% of the time. Anything that can be done? 😨
