Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2, Hello, When I got my phone in August I got Disney free for 6 months. I've finally had time to sign in, and it tells me I have 2 weeks and 5 days left but then takes to to a page that says there's a problem. So what's the problem?

Less than two weeks into a new @O2 contract and I already want to leave, failed attempts to transfer my number, customer service questioning what I’ve been told by someone else. Fed up.
