Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@O2, yesterday my phone signal dropped completely and hasn’t come back since. Your service status says a mast is down nearby but everyone else in the house on O2 can connect fine? What gives. Struggling to connect all over Peterborough.

@littleredpizza1 @O2 @EE I live close to denzel gardens / devisdale and there is an acknowledged problem with EE I’m this general area when you speak to the phone shops. They have a postcode checkers

@O2 can someone please update me on the mast issues YO11 3EA. Ongoing for nearly 2 months rarely able to get a signal or make calls. Received a text to say aerial would be fixed by 28 Sep - it hasn't been.

@O2 Just checked. AT&T was the only one it registered with but calls still don't work. I think it was connected to AT&T anyway but just for data. 2 other people have DM'd me since I tweeted this having the same problem and someone else in my hotel has too. All with 02 from UK.

Absolutely disgraceful that after joining @ThreeUK from launch now being “forced” on to a new contract and loose my roaming. Don’t deserve any loyalty so customers beware! Hey, @O2 fancy a new customer! #three #roaming

@VodafoneUK need to do a lot of work with your customer service teams, not very accommodating or sympathetic with loyal customers, general attitude of oh well never mind. #customerexperience @O2 may have been a better option

Dear @O2 receiving 3 automated calls in less than 4 hours to tell me I’m late paying my bill in the middle of the current economic nightmare we are all in just gives unnecessary stress. It’s never not been paid and will be paid today so please stop bullying people
