It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@JayClay71 @O2 Sadly not mate, there’s some issue within o2 with an iPhone / Apple Watch pairing, so will be sending both back tomorrow as I can’t use a device that isn’t fit for purpose ( no idea when it’ll be sorted ) so going back to and old sim only deal with my old phone

Totally horrendous service by @O2. Staff in your shop in loughborough don't have a clue, and your customer service is happy lying to us and refusing to help. Cancelled the account after @Virgin set it up in error, and rather than doing it they harrass us for money!

@O2 I am unable to make calls on my second mobile, apparently there is a problem with iPhone and the o2 network causing this, my primary number is ok. Cust serv advise that they do not know when this will be fixed or provide updates? What’s going on?

Nice work @O2 I try to pay my bill several times with you but with no joy , you then refer me to a debt recovery agency as though we haven’t spoke , and they send a letter to pay via a website that doesn’t exist #nicework #greatcustomerservice I’ve been a customer for 20 YEARS !

@virginmedia @O2 How about fixing your service as your internet is down again and again and again and AGAIN!!!! This is totally unacceptable!! £63 a month is a joke for this kind of service!!! I want compensation!!
