    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

    @O2 Was told in the store less than 2 hours. Being left without a phone for over 16 hours when you need it for caring reasons are a bit much. Let’s hope I don’t have an emergency!

    @SamsungMobile and @O2 I recently purchased a Samsung S22 from O2 that had a promotion of a free set of ear buds ,however weeks after purchase still have not received ear buds,now saying they never received proof of purchase which I sent by pdf,have I been conned?

    @O2 Ive just changed my sim for the 3rd time since I took the contract out in February 2022….and the service is appalling, Matthew was calling me back and I’ve got no signal. I’m a vulnerable person with health issues and I need this resolving today! HELP

    @O2 just wondering why my data never works in york city centre even though I usually have full bars? This has been an issue since I moved to York in September 2021. It also didn’t work when I visited in June 2021 either

    @O2 If offers only benefit a fraction of your customers then it actually adds to frustration that wouldn’t be there if the offer was readily available or not available to anyone! As an ex Vodafone customer their rewards scheme blows 02s out of the water. The 4G/3G (even) signal awful
