Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 #TBT when your signal and data were a lot better than the crap it is now. You have even confirmed that their are major issues with the masts in my city which are hugely impacting our services. STILL waiting for your retention team to call me regarding leaving my contract.

DO NOT JOIN @O2 I’ve had nothing but trouble, customer services online is disgusting. No one knows what they are talking about, lie and are rude. 4 hours spent on a chat for nothing as nothing got put on my account notes wise. Been charged double as they didn’t make info clear
