Fiona (@fionatogher) reported from Lincoln District, EnglandIt’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Damian Kinsella (@damokins82) reported from Carlton on Trent, EnglandHi @O2 I’d like to sort out my signal issues before I fully commit to o2 for another 2 years. I’m having odd issues with my data, and network coverage at home & out & about. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy A50. I have noticed something odd, while trialling sky mobile I’m the same
-
Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Lincoln District, England@O2 Ahh that would explain it, you’ve taken a mast down. It says you are boosting other masts, but do you know when this will be complete?
-
Lorena Jane (@TakePartin_Art) reported from Bracebridge Heath, EnglandWhy can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude
-
Warby (@Warby74) reported from Lincoln District, EnglandHey @O2 could someone do a welfare check on the girl I’ve just spoken to in your retentions team, I’ve never heard a staff member so fed up and I’ve worked for Ryanair….!!!

Craig Symons (@Pocimop) reported from Boultham, EnglandWell still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

Gary Watts 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇳🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️♻️ (@glitch_walker) reported from Lincoln District, EnglandI'm currently having an incredibly distressing experience trying to cancel an @O2 sim-only contract, where I've left in the 14 day "change your mind period" and been told multiple times I won't be charged. Then received a warning a £500 bill is overdue.
-
Becky Malam (@Carlton_head) reported from Lincoln District, England@O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help
-
Michaela (@HeyImMichaela) reported from Balderton, England@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!
-
Whistleblowing Imp (@badkarma4liars) reported from Lincoln District, England@O2 Please don't buy ...No one should buy @SamsungMobile anymore. I was lumbered with the new fold and my son has the flip both under 6 months old. The screens are not working consistently and if you return to @SamsungUK experience stores they aren't owned by the company
-
Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Bracebridge Heath, England@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?
-
shereen Taggart-Bayliss (@shereenorla) reported from Balderton, England@O2 R u able to help with this at all
-
Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Lincoln District, England@O2 @virginmedia Thanks I’ll look into what multi-sim plans you have but the reason I left was due to poor family, multi user based tariffs.
-
Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Bracebridge Heath, England@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.
