    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    @O2 Dear O2 We have had no 4G signal at home for 2 weeks. Initially we were told there was no known problem. Which there obviously was. Your company has now acknowledge there’s a problem but states may take a further 6 days to rectify! No acceptable an poor customer service

    @O2 Hi my esim stopped working from yesterday . It shows ‘No Service’ on my iPhone 13 pro. So I went to O2 store today , they changed another esim which has got the same issue around the same time today I switch off/on the line , it gives a warning O2 has switched off my 4G calls

    @O2 signal problems checked on you’re checked but says no issues. Phone saying full 4G past 2 days but phone calls keep dropping can’t hear like bad signal and data is not working. Have tried all you’re hacks but still not working have seen a few other post about signal
