Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@O2 is literally the worse network going been trying to upgrade since Thursday now! Paid my remaining device plan but they decided to put it as a credit on my airtime! Don’t understand how it has taken this long to sort that simple problem and it’s still not sorted! Can’t even…
