It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

@O2 shocking service. So far you've got two upfront fees, stuck on credit check, around five days later I phoned you to get the money back and you cut me off three times. Not impressed. I want to be refunded the fees I've paid

@O2 I don’t have either of those. I’ll go into the O2 shop and have a moan in there. No point in calling CS as they’re in South Africa and have no idea what network congestion is or means. And I haven’t got 45 mins + to sit in the queue.
