Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

Getting fed up to the back teeth with the service sorry lack of service from @O2 3May went down. Still very patch and customers can’t use smart devices to pay loosing me money and customers. @O2 don’t answer messages,emails can’t call no signal grrrrr.

@O2 I’m disappointed to see the weekly Caffe Nero treat has been downgraded to a monthly drink. It was the only reason I have tolerated o2 and their patchy mobile service (non existent in my house).

@O2 Its not a very good look when I’ve had 2 of your agents put the phone down on me when ‘transferring’ to another department. It’s also not a good look when you send me a cheque and a default notice within a month of each other. Even worse when the accounts been closed 2 months

@O2 the worst customer service! No signal where I am at the moment, can’t set up WiFi calling on my phone and I’m being told to call you….with what signal? Let’s hope I don’t go into labour today and can’t reach anyone yeah? Stupid

@dalehay @O2 @giffgaff Mate O2 are ******* awful. I live in Liverpool city centre and have had shocking signal issues. Just left them and went to ee. May be more expensive but at least I can use my phone!
