Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Anyone who is reading this do yourselves a favour and NEVER get a contract on @O2 they are absolutely the worse in terms of network, customer service, and service provider. They’ve been fobbing me off with excuses for nearly 2 months now.

Having major regrets joining @O2 abusive customer service, no response regarding complaint 1320441131 and trying to get to speak to ANYONE your phone system just tells me to go to the o2 app... never ending circle of hangups. 👌
