It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 Ahh that would explain it, you’ve taken a mast down. It says you are boosting other masts, but do you know when this will be complete?

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

Hi @O2 I’d like to sort out my signal issues before I fully commit to o2 for another 2 years. I’m having odd issues with my data, and network coverage at home & out & about. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy A50. I have noticed something odd, while trialling sky mobile I’m the same

Fed up of @viginmedia broadband dropping out and @O2 signal being negligible meaning I can’t properly use my phone. Last Tim I spoke to O2 excuse was a mast wasn’t working and it’s still not. Need to end contracts.

The amount of calls I've received from " @O2 " this week alone have been awful! Every 20 minites different calls from different people and they're so rude when I explain I haven't been an O2 customer in years...

Right @o2, I’ve been a loyal customer for years. But that loyalty doesn’t stretch to you handcuffing me! I choose a new phone from @MPD_Online & you CANCEL the order. Won’t allow it on your network with my account. That’s anti-free trade. Certainly immoral.

Three months after ordering and @o2 still can't get a working SIM for me. Called customer service to complain, and they (a) tried to upsell me a product that I already have, and (b) accidentally disconnected me while trying to transfer me. Not sure you could be any worse #02

It has been *checks notes* 50 days since @O2 promised me a callback. There must be a mobile phone company that offers better service & maybe even rewards customer loyalty rather than penalising it...
