@O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@O2 This should be an easy solution. Each ticket that is sold should require a passport number/National id/driving license number and then if you can’t go it should refunded by the company that sold it and resold at its face value. viagogo and the such are parasites counting the ££££

So disappointed with @O2 for todays shambles. Hyped up the whole Peter Kay release, told people the best way to get signed in etc and then flopped massively. Almost 2 hours of trying and still can’t sign in. 😭
