Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 I have sent via private message but happy to share experience with current or perspective customers. As you are good at rising prices each year but the customer service declines further where left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Happy to explain further on here

@O2 Hi,why does your service status says you are investigating a problem with a mast in our area, then says everything ok.But calls still dropping, cut off and can’t hear people, then have to phone back.A lot of people on o2 experiencing this in our area.
