@O2 I was driving through town and I was on the phone (Handsfree of course😉) and it kept dropping out and then used it at home and nothing would work, connected to WiFi and it worked fine I’ve done everything on that list and still not working...

Disappointed to hear the news about @O2 and @virginmedia merger. I like O2 been with them for 20 years (back when it was Genie mobile) if their Customer service goes the way of Virgin I will be gone

@Innominate4 @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @O2 are unrealistic with their pricing, I have noticed that I am being crucified by data, I popped to the bank other day and walked past a few shops and noticed some of the deals and thought after being a customer for so long, why am I not being offered better deals.

@O2 Lately all I seem to get on my phone when I open an app like Twitter and try and watch a video is blue circles going round n round. When I play @AmazonMusicUK it buffers. All this while people around me watch videos, play music with no issue.
