Gareth Morgan (@gm6016) reported from Nottinghamshire, EnglandReally poor customer service from @O2. Phone account hacked yesterday and hackers change my tariff, order new phone and deactivate my phone. Having tried to speak to O2, I’ve had my calls and texts disabled, a new phone I haven’t ordered sent to someone who isn’t me and my bill

Whistleblowing Imp (@badkarma4liars) reported from Lincoln District, England@O2 Please don't buy ...No one should buy @SamsungMobile anymore. I was lumbered with the new fold and my son has the flip both under 6 months old. The screens are not working consistently and if you return to @SamsungUK experience stores they aren't owned by the company

Jason N Beck (@beck5ter) reported from Nottinghamshire, England@Innominate4 @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @O2 are unrealistic with their pricing, I have noticed that I am being crucified by data, I popped to the bank other day and walked past a few shops and noticed some of the deals and thought after being a customer for so long, why am I not being offered better deals.

Gary Watts 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇳🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️♻️ (@glitch_walker) reported from Lincoln District, EnglandI'm currently having an incredibly distressing experience trying to cancel an @O2 sim-only contract, where I've left in the 14 day "change your mind period" and been told multiple times I won't be charged. Then received a warning a £500 bill is overdue.
-
Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Lincoln District, England@O2 Ahh that would explain it, you’ve taken a mast down. It says you are boosting other masts, but do you know when this will be complete?

Michaela (@HeyImMichaela) reported from Balderton, England@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!
-
Craig Symons (@Pocimop) reported from Boultham, EnglandWell still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.
-
Zak Horton (@zakhorton) reported from Nottinghamshire, England@Ofcom hello I am having major issues with my billing from @O2. Please can you provide some assistance, as they’re customer service is shocking #angrycustomer
-
Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Bracebridge Heath, England@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

-
ME10Andy (@Me10Andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I think a lot of the issue is contention ratios in the UK. O2 has the coverage, but far too many people on it....not because O2 is particularly cheap, but the other main networks are now incredibly expensive.
-
Robbie T (@RobbieMT8) reported@O2 No outage the network is just awful and had been for years tbh.
-
JAMIE HARRIS 💙 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 (@gardenyjamie) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Apparently the phone companies are deliberately shutting down the 4G antennae so that everyone switches over to 5G.
