    I'm currently having an incredibly distressing experience trying to cancel an @O2 sim-only contract, where I've left in the 14 day "change your mind period" and been told multiple times I won't be charged. Then received a warning a £500 bill is overdue.

    Disappointed to hear the news about @O2 and @virginmedia merger. I like O2 been with them for 20 years (back when it was Genie mobile) if their Customer service goes the way of Virgin I will be gone

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    @O2 you’ve got to be the worse company ever. My contract has ended, I’m trying to call so that I can leave o2 but I can’t get through to anyone.I should have the option to do it online but instead,you’d rather I call in so one of your agents can try to retain me as a customer

    @Natalie91817695 @O2 The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @joram_wawa for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.

    @NeilCammies @O2 @virginmedia Virgin product has been great for us for over 20 yrs. Their initial setup and customer service has always been the absolute worst. I stick with it despite the annual frustration

    @O2 So frustrating Thirsty Thursdays offer of two free drinks when you turn up and present offer to bar staff guess what OUT OF STOCK. O2 stop the embarrassment if your going to offer this every O2 customer should be allowed the two free drinks not just the lucky minority.

    Having a nightmare with @O2 customer service today. Trying to cancel an extra sim that I don’t want within 14 day cancellation period. Got through 3 times and they hung up on me 3 times. I would try another provider if I were you.
