    @O2 This has been going on for years, and you constantly pretend you’re surprised that the biggest tourist attraction in Northern England is full of people. You need to provide the service we pay for.

    @O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 I was driving through town and I was on the phone (Handsfree of course😉) and it kept dropping out and then used it at home and nothing would work, connected to WiFi and it worked fine I’ve done everything on that list and still not working...

    Really poor customer service from @O2. Phone account hacked yesterday and hackers change my tariff, order new phone and deactivate my phone. Having tried to speak to O2, I’ve had my calls and texts disabled, a new phone I haven’t ordered sent to someone who isn’t me and my bill

    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    @O2 It’s happened in multiple areas, no signal or internet it’s beyond a joke. It’s been happening for over 6 weeks now. I pay £85 for a terrible service, why would I have to pay for this contract any longer?

    @O2 Well your website is not very clear and I assume you have trouble to confirm the charges too. I can see that Yemen, Venezuela or Madagascar are in your £6 per day 'Travel' but not Singapore?? It does not make any sense - how many people travel to Yemen comparing to Singapore?

    @O2 @virginmedia @itvtakeaway Please do not buy sim cards from this dishonest company. they made a 15 percent hike this month, because of the air pollution (they said it would not exceed 4.3 percent) I have never seen such a fraudulent (dodgy) company in my entire life.

    @O2 had no network connection for 2 days now in the M26 area. I'm on transplant list so need my phone wherever I am and that is mainly at home in this area. It could literally could be a life saver anytime if it actually worked.

    @O2 FairPlay some of the worst customer service I received this morning. The call centre lady “well I work from home don’t I, then hung up” lots of companies starting to swing this way. Time to cancel contracts and go PAYG

    @O2 Am o2 customer who is paying for a service that doesn’t exist …. At least in our village. We will have been 10 days without any service. Local doctors is an issue as they can’t phone people back. Anyone vulnerable is at risk. What are you going to do?
