Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reported@O2 are ignoring customers! Their profits took a dive last year so you'd think they'd treat us customers better as to stop it continuing into 2026! Mast not worked properly in over a year and no refunds paid out! A big company that can't afford to pay it's debts. Embarrassing!
