@O2 I was driving through town and I was on the phone (Handsfree of course😉) and it kept dropping out and then used it at home and nothing would work, connected to WiFi and it worked fine I’ve done everything on that list and still not working...

Really poor customer service from @O2. Phone account hacked yesterday and hackers change my tariff, order new phone and deactivate my phone. Having tried to speak to O2, I’ve had my calls and texts disabled, a new phone I haven’t ordered sent to someone who isn’t me and my bill

@O2 The signal in the town has always been iffy, but the last few months its been a complete joke, and the last 2 it's taken the biscuit. I've done all sorts, sim swaps, airplane mode and restarting phone. It's definitely down to the fact the service is awful/ getting worse.
