    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @O2 It’s an issue for everyone, not just me. Either delist it from your website as it’s obviously not in stock. It still says next day delivery right now. That’s 100% fraud. I demand to deal with it publicly.

    @virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

    @O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

    @jesshardy20 @O2 @LewisCapaldi The app kept freezing when I was on but I eventually got on only to find Glasgow was scalped to **** 😭. Panic bought the only tickets I could get for Sheffield, thank god my husband drives lol. Hopefully I can get tickets for Glasgow on Thursday and I'll sell my 2 Sheff ones 😭

    @O2 I have called twice this morning to get my data roaming sorted. You have added 2 ‘bolt-ons’, one which I was told would be removed but has not. My data roaming is still not working and you were meant to have a tech support reach out to me an hour ago!! Ruining my holiday!!
