@O2 It’s an issue for everyone, not just me. Either delist it from your website as it’s obviously not in stock. It still says next day delivery right now. That’s 100% fraud. I demand to deal with it publicly.

@O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

@O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

@O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

@EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

@O2 I have just received a phone call from 07702491426 claiming that it is an "Automated message from Amazon Prime". Please report the holder for making nuisance calls as I am sure there will be very many emanating from that number. Incidentally, I too am an O2 customer.

@O2 am in Italy and CANNOT use myo2 to contact a customer support person (always unavailable) and your phone line is constantly busy. Utterly sick of trying - my 4g not working in Italy (I’m a monthly customer) - please, someone, get in touch. This is frustrating.
