@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@thegaryturrell @O2 I am getting this too @O2. Terrible customer service: nobody at O2 would even estimate a timeline for resolution🤦. I just started this contract and am in 14 day grace period, will just cancel and leave to a competing provider if not given satisfactory advice on how to resolve.

@O2 How do I find out when it is fixed? The only advice I got from customer service was "keep trying to set it up". I have until 21 April to leave O2 without penalty and can commit to switching to Vodafone if it is not resolved by then.
