@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@O2 Downloaded the app yesterday as seen the email from virgin about priority. App not working at all. Go on website get through get tickets then wants my password which I haven't created one as the app just connected to my virgin account 🙄
