@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@DJDaymos @O2 I know it’s not the SIM (which they did initially try to fob me off with) because my wife and also our next door neighbours are also on O2 and same issue. We don’t have a landline so we’re stuck.

Hello @O2. I have called you three times to ask you to turn off my voicemail; each time you fail to do so. Your recordings say I can't do it myself. Why do you make this so difficult? Regretting my move to O2 to save a couple of Pounds now - EE made things easier. Can you help?

Tried 3 times to call @O2 to talk about my bill and the automated lady just says “most of your issues can be solved via the app. Goodbye” 1. Most of them can be solved on the app. Key word, most 2. This isn’t one of them

@O2 not pleased I got a replacement sim a few months back and told it would be activated in 24 hours I have just checked the phone and the sim is invalid I phoned customer service who told me they couldn't do anything and passed me to complaints who told me they can't pass

Anyone know if I can disable 3.95G/H+? 2G data works fine. 3G data works fine. 3.95G data doesn't work. 4G data works fine. It's annoying when I lose 4G and cuts me off because it gets stuck on H+. CC: @O2

@JudgeDewie @O2 Thats messed up man. My brother has the issue and they are telling him its his sim thats not working.. very strange.
