    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @O2 hi I’ve had emails saying my Apple Watch has been dispatched and that I can track it from my account but when I login it’s not showing up as an order so I can’t... bit confused

    @O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

    Hey @O2, any advice for a Pixel 6 Pro screen replacement? @madebygoogle suggest EE stores regardless of network, but they gave me a quote of over £800 for not being on EE 😭 nowhere seems to want to touch this phone cuz it's a Pixel, I'm at a loss 😭

    @O2 I’ve been promised a manager call back, a credit to my account and a refund. None of which have happened. I’ve now just been told that the only way now for the incorrect, additional payment to not be taken, is to cancel my direct debit…What is going on?!

    @O2 I had 7 emails in 3 minutes. The last one says my order is saved for 72 hours. When I click the link to return to it, it takes me to the sign in page. I try and sign in and I’m stuck in a password reset loop. The MyO2 app shows order confirmed though.

    @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

    @O2 Hello apologies for delay, did not see reply. Complaint was lodged on 16th March. I have the transcript stating the tariff will be downgraded to the lowest tariff but still being charged at the most expensive tariff. How do we get out of this cycle of being overcharged?

    @O2 but how about this idiot that changed his address to my parents property, u didn't have the courtesy to ask him if he's telling the truth?! How about you asking him to come down to his local o2 shop and show proof of address???????
