    @O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    Folk that say having no mobile phone is liberating are lying bastards. I’ve had no signal or data all day thanks to something going tits-up after @O2 s Christmas Party. It’s been anything but liberating today.... 🤬

    Hey @O2 , any chance of the connection Wi-Fi issue being fixed, going into Ladbrokes to connect to theirs and log on to Pornhub to rip the head off it isn't practical, you can get the jail for it. Get the finger out.

    @davidiwanow @O2 Thanks, David. I don't have any mobile signal in my area (a phone mast has been down for a while) so I can't receive texts or calls, which is my main issue. I can't authorise payments without my security codes which are sent by text!

    @O2 you morons fkd up my credit rating because of your total incompetence. What kind of **** company are you running when you can't cancel a SIM only contract within 14 days notice period. I had called so many times and even got written confirmation. Took me years to build rating

    @O2 so upset that you have refused to exchange my new phone, which is clearly faulty. I’ve only had it 2 weeks. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years now. Unable to communicate with my family properly and I have 2 young children.... I need a working phone! #nothappy #o2
