    So I saw the Pixel 5 was in stock on @o2 so as it’s payday I paid off my device plan early to treat myself to an upgrade. After waiting several hours they tell me it’s out of stock and 6 week wait. Spoke to online chat asking if I could collect in store on Monday instead because

    @O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

    @O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

    @O2 You owe it to your many customers to sort this out. So many genuine people were unable to buy tickets due to the O2 Priority app not working all day. Yet others not even on O2 were able to buy tickets once the weblink did the rounds. This has made Priority look a shambles.

    @O2 Your app is an absolute joke, tickets already listed for resale at extortionate prices and genuine customers miss out. Was on your site continuously from 10am and never once got through to tickets.

    @O2 This is a bit of a joke really. You’ve completely messed this up. I’m surprised the app worked for anyone at all, not worked once for me all day. Same with the website. Poor.
