@O2 45 minutes in a queue, 10 minutes of the handler trying to get better signal to hear me & then I get hung up on. I was looking at upgrading. Not sure about that now.. 🙃

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

@EE Any good offers for pay monthly customers who want to move from @O2 now they have stopped the free Caffè Nero drinks on O2 Priority? Lots of us put up with O2’s ropey coverage for those free coffees. Now we might well be looking for a new network… 😬

Loving the fact that what should have been an easy number change to @O2 is now a two week ordeal that's left me with two disconnected sim cards and no way to call support anymore outside of paying for skype funny money, god help me if something happens or I want to use my paypal

@O2 journey from Lichfield Trent Valley to London Euston today, and I had usable reception/data for less than 20% of ~2hr journey. Does that sound right? Are you that bad now? (And please don't try and suggest it's my phone in any way, we know where the issue is...) #turgid

@O2 can a representative contact me regarding my new sim swap and new contract, I have been going back and forth with the online chat for 7 days, continuously getting terrible service where your representatives just don’t reply (average time for them to reply is 1.5 hours)

When making a complaint @O2 I don't expect you to blame the fact you have different systems as the reason you can't resolve a problem you created. Or blame the customer for going to your store & expect them to sort it out. #ux #CustomerService

@O2 Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been told that I would be contacted by a Manager 4 times in the last 10 days. No one ever call and I am being hounded for money I don’t owe. Feeling very stressed. #o2 #complaint
